Secondary Responsibilities
The Tech HR Manager has a few secondary responsibilities:

• Recruitment & onboarding of product owners
• Weekly meetings with senior leadership team & assisting developer resource allocations
• Talent development of our tech team
• Attendance at tech-related recruitment events (conferences, job fairs)
• Managing our employer branding & employer social media

Differences between an HR Manager
The role of our Tech HR Manager is different from a traditional HR Manager in a few ways:

• Less focus on administrative tasks like SSB & payroll
• Interest in working with tech & developers (previous experience not required)
• Most of our tech recruitment is senior-level candidates (less focus on junior candidates)
