Bloomberg မွ သတင္းမ်ားအရ Apple မွ သူတို႔ရဲ႕ အဓိက supplier တစ္ဦးျဖစ္သူ Pegatron ဟာ Apple မွခ်မွတ္ထားေသာ supplier မ်ားတြင္ရွိသင့္သည့္ code of conduct (အမူအက်င့္ဆိုင္ရာ စည္းမ်ဥ္းမ်ား) ကိုခ်ိဳးေဖာက္လွ်က္ရွိၿပီး စာ႐ြက္စာတမ္းမ်ားတြင္ေတာ့ ထိုအရာကိုဖုံးကြယ္ထားျခင္းႏွင့္ ေက်ာင္းသားလုပ္သား မ်ားကို အသုံးျပဳမႈဆိုင္ရာ စည္းမ်ဥ္းခ်ိဳးေဖာက္မႈမ်ား ျပဳလုပ္ေနတာကို စီစစ္ေတြ႕ရွိခဲ့ေၾကာင္း သိရွိခဲ့ရပါတယ္။ Apple မွလည္း သူတို႔ဟာ Pegatron ကို ေနာက္ထပ္ contract အသစ္မ်ား ထပ္မေပးဖို႔ ဆုံးျဖတ္လိုက္ၿပီဟူ၍ ဆိုခဲ့ပါတယ္။

Pegatron ဆိုသည္မွာ Apple ရဲ႕ အႀကီးမားဆုံး supply chain partner ကုမၸဏီတစ္ခုျဖစ္ၿပီး iPhone 12 model အသစ္မ်ားအပါအဝင္၊ မ်ားစြာေသာ အစိတ္အပိုင္းမ်ားကို ထုတ္လုပ္ေပးေနရေသာ ကုမၸဏီတစ္ခုပဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ယခုအခါတြင္ေတာ့ သတင္းမ်ားအရ အဆိုပါကုမၸဏီကို ေစာင့္ၾကည့္ကာလသတ္မွတ္ထားၿပီး အထက္ေဖာ္ျပပါကိစၥကို ေသေသခ်ာခ်ာေျဖရွင္းမၿပီးမခ်င္း ေနာက္ထပ္အလုပ္အကိုင္အသစ္မ်ားကိုလဲ Apple ထံမွ ေမွ်ာ္လင့္ႏိုင္ေတာ့မွာမဟုတ္ပါဘူး။

Apple မွ Bloomberg သို႔ ေျပာဆိုခ်က္တစ္ရပ္တြင္ “ ကြၽႏ္ုပ္တို႔ဟာ student work program တိုင္းအတြက္ အေသးစိတ္က်ေသာ ျပန္လည္စစ္ေဆးမႈႏွင့္ ခြင့္ျပဳေပးမႈလုပ္ငန္းစဥ္မ်ားကိုထားရွိထားၿပီး ဒီအရာက အလုပ္သင္ တစ္ဦးအေနနဲ႔ သူတို႔လုပ္ကိုင္ရတဲ့အလုပ္မ်ားဟာ သူတို႔ယူထားတဲ့ အဓိကဘာသာရပ္ႏွင့္ကိုက္ညီမႈရွိေစရန္အတြက္ ေသခ်ာေစပါတယ္။ ထို႔အျပင္ အခ်ိန္ပိုဆင္းျခင္း (သို႔) ညဆိုင္းဆင္းျခင္းတို႔ကိုလည္း ခြင့္ျပဳမထားပါဘူး။” “Pegatron ဟာ သူတို႔ရဲ႕ program တြင္ student worker မ်ားကို မွားယြင္းစြာဆက္ဆံခဲ့ၾကသည့္အျပင္ စာ႐ြက္စာတမ္းမ်ားကိုလဲ အတုျပဳလုပ္ကာ ကြၽႏ္ုပ္တို႔ရဲ႕ စည္းမ်ဥ္းမ်ားကို ခ်ိဳးေဖာက္ခဲ့တယ္ဆိုတာကို ဖုံးကြယ္ဖို႔ ျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ထိုကိစၥရပ္မ်ားတြင္ ေက်ာင္းသားမ်ားကို ညဆိုင္းႏွင့္ အခ်ိန္ပိုမ်ားဆင္းေစျခင္းႏွင့္ အခ်ိဳ႕ေသာကိစၥရပ္မ်ားတြင္ သူတို႔ယူထားတဲ့ အဓိကဘာသာရပ္ႏွင့္ ကိုက္ညီမႈမရွိေသာ အလုပ္မ်ားကိုခိုင္းေစျခင္းတို႔ပင္ ပါဝင္ေနပါတယ္” ဟူ၍ ေျပာၾကားသြားခဲ့ပါတယ္။

Pegatron ရဲ႕ ေျပာၾကားခ်က္တစ္ရပ္တြင္ေတာ့ “မည္သူတစ္ဦးတစ္ေယာက္ကမွတိုင္ၾကားခဲ့ျခင္းမရွိတဲ့ အဆိုပါကိစၥရပ္ကိုေတြ႕ရွိတဲ့အခါမွာ ကြၽႏ္ုပ္တို႔အေနနဲ႔ ေက်ာင္းသားအလုပ္သမ္ားမ်ားကို ကုန္ထုတ္လုပ္ေရးက႑မ်ားမွ ခ်က္ျခင္းအနားယူေစခဲ့ၿပီး ကြၽႏ္ုပ္တို႔ရဲ႕ customer and third-party expert မ်ားႏွင့္အတူတကြလုပ္ေဆာင္ကာ သူတို႔ရဲ႕အိမ္မ်ား (သို႔) ေက်ာင္းမ်ားသို႔ ထိုက္သင့္ေသာ ေလ်ာ္ေၾကးမ်ားကိုေပးကာ လိုအပ္ေသာေစာင့္ေရွာက္မႈမ်ား၊ ဂ႐ုစိုက္မႈမ်ားနဲ႔အတူ ျပန္လည္ပို႔ေဆာင္ေပးေစခဲ့ပါတယ္။” ဟူ၍ ဆိုထားခဲ့ပါတယ္။ သို႔ေသာ္လည္း ဒီအေျခအေနမွာေတာ့ Apple ဟာ သူတို႔ေျပာၾကားလာတဲ့အေၾကာင္းအရာမ်ားကို ယုံႏိုင္ဖို႔ အေတာ္ေလးခက္ခဲသြားၿပီျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
