What to prepare to get a first job for Fresh Graduate? ( Part-1)

Fresh Graduate အတြက္ Unemployment Rate က ၂၀၁၅ အရဆုိ  ညိဳလဲ့ ခန္႔မွန္းရသေလာက္ဆုိ ႏုိ္င္ငံရဲ 5% ေလာက္က Unemployment Rate ျဖစ္ျပီး အဲ့ထဲမွာလည္း Fresh Graduate လည္းပါတယ္။ ေနာက္ျပီး Company ေတာ္ေတာ္မ်ားမ်ားကလည္း Fresh Graduate ဆို အလုပ္ခန္႔ဖုိ႔က ေတာ္ေတာ္ေလးစဥ္းစားယူၾကတယ္။ ညိဳလဲ့သိသေလာက္ဆုိရင္ Schindler, Telenor, Cocacola စတဲ့ ကုမၸဏီကပဲ Fresh Graduate ေတြကုိ အလုပ္ခန္႔ၾကတာမ်ားတယ္။ Fresh Graduate ေတြအေနနဲ႔  အလုပ္ရွာေဖြရတာ ခက္ခဲတဲ့အခ်ိန္မွာ မိမိမရဲ့ Career အတြက္ ပထမဆံုးေျခလွမး္ကို ေလွ်ာက္ဖုိ႔ အလုပ္တစ္ခုကုိ ရေအာင္ ၾကိဳးစားျပီး မိမိဘက္က ျပင္ဆင္ထားသင့္တဲ့အရာေတြရွိတယ္။ အခု ညိဳလဲ့တုိ႔ရဲ႔ website မွာဆုိ Entry Level အတြက္ အလုပ္ေပါင္း  ၁၂၀၀ ေလာက္ပဲရွိတယ္။ Company ၾကီးေတြက Fresh Graduate ေတြအတြက္ အလုပ္ေခၚတဲ့အခါမွာလည္း လူ၂၀၀ မွာ အေယာက္ ၂၀  ေလာက္ပဲ ေရြးတာမ်ိဳး ဆုိေတာ့ Fresh Graduate ေတြအတြက္ က Competition အရမ္းၾကီးတယ္။ အဲ့ေတာ့ အလုပ္တစ္ခုကို ရရွိဖုိ႔အတြက္  Fresh Graduate ေတြျပင္ဆင္ထားသင့္တဲ့ အရာေတြ ထားရွိရမယ့္ Attitude ေတြကုိ မခ်ိဳရီနဲ႔ ေဆြးေႏြးမႈအပုိင္း၁  ကုိ နားဆင္လုိက္ပါအံုးေနာ္။
