အားလံုးပဲမဂၤလာပါရွင္။
ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံရဲ႔ ၉၉.၄% က SME လုပ္ငန္းစုေတြျဖစ္ျပီး Employment အမ်ားစုရဲံ ၅၀%-၉၅% ကလည္း SME လုပ္ငန္းကေနလာၾကတယ္။ SME မွာဆုိ Challenge ေတြအရမ္းလည္း မ်ားတယ္။ အဲ့ဒီchallenge ေတြထဲမွာ HRM ကလညး္ တစ္ခုပါတယ္ဆုိေတာ့ SME မွာ ၾကံဳေတြ႔ေနရတဲ့ HRM ကဘယ္လိုဆုိတာကို ဆရာ ကုိလွဘုန္းေအာင္မွ ေဆြးေႏြးတင္ျပထားပါတယ္။ အေသးစိတိကုိေတ့ာ Part-III ကုိ Audio မွာ နားေထာင္လုိက္ၾကရေအာင္ေနာ္။
