Talent ကုိ ရွာတဲ့အခါမွာ Soft Skills ကုိ အားနည္းေနတာ ေတြ႔ေနရတယ္။ Soft Skills ဟာ လုပ္ငန္းခြင္အတြက္ အရမ္းကုိ အေရးၾကီးပါတယ္။ အဲ့ေတာ့ Hard Skill/Technical Skill နဲ႔ Soft Skills တုိ႔ရဲ့ ျခားနားခ်က္ကုိ နားဆင္ရေအာင္။
Hard Skills/ Technical ွSkills ဆုိတာကေတာ့ တာဝန္တစ္ခုကုိ ထမ္းေဆာင္ဖုိ႔အတြက္ လုိအပ္တဲ့ Ability ႏွင့္ Knowledge ကုိ ေခၚဆုိျခင္းျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဥပမာ Engineer ဆုိ သက္ဆုိင္ရာ ဘြဲ႔ ကုိ ရရွိမယ္။ အလုပ္တစ္ခုကုိ ေအာင္ျမင္စြာ လုပ္ႏုိင္ဖုိ႔အတြက္ တစ္ဦးခ်င္းစီမွာ လုိအပ္တဲ့ အရာတစ္ခုျဖစ္ျပီး ၄င္းကုိ သင္ယူလုိ႔လည္းရတယ္။ သတ္မွတ္လုိ႔ရတယ္။ အကဲျဖတ္လုိ႔ရတယ္။ College, University စတဲ့ေနရာေတြမွာ သြားျပီး သင္ယူလုိ႔ရတယ္။
Soft Skills ဆုိတာက Basic Foundation Skill/ Core Skills ျဖစ္ျပီး အဲ့ဒီ Skill ရွိရင္ ဘယ္ Industry မွာ ပဲ ျဖစ္ျဖစ္ လုပ္ကုိင္လုိ႔ရပါတယ္။ ဌာနလဲ ေျပာင္းျပီး လုပ္လုိ႔ရတယ္။
အကယ္၍ Employer ေတြက ဘြဲ႔အတူတူ အေတြ႔အၾကံဳအတူတူဆုိရင္ေတာင္ Soft Skill မွာ အားသာတဲ့သကုိ ပုိျပီး သေဘာက်တယ္။
Soft Skills ေတြကေတာ့ Initiative Skills, Communication , Problem Solving Skill, Team Work စတာေတြျဖစ္ျပီး Technical Skill နဲ႔ Soft Skill အေၾကာင္းကုိ ပုိသိသြားေအာင္ Audio မွာ နားဆင္လုိက္ၾကပါအံုးေနာ္။
