ပထမဦးဆံုး CV ဆုိတာ ကုိရွင္းျပခ်င္ပါတယ္ရွင္။ CV ရဲ့ အရွည္ကေတာ့ Curriculum Vitae ျဖစ္ျပီး လူတစ္ဦးတစ္ေယာက္၏ ပညာေရး၊ experiences history ( professional history)၊ Achievement စသည့္ ေဖာ္ျပခ်က္မ်ားပါဝင္သည့္အရာတစ္ခုျဖစ္ျပီး Resume လုိ႔လည္း ေခၚၾကပါတယ္ရွင္။

တစ္နည္းအားျဖင့္ လည္း လူၾကီးမင္း၏ skill, experiences, qualification and abilities မ်ားကုိ လုပ္ငန္းရွင္သို႔ေရာင္းရန္အတြက္ လုိအပ္သည့္ Marketing Document တစ္ခုလည္းျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

၁။ Personal Details ျဖစ္တဲ့ အမည္၊ ဓာတ္ပံု၊ ေမြးေန႔၊ ဆက္သြယ္ရမည့္လိပ္စာ၊ Ph ႏွင့္ email

၂။ ပညာေရး ႏွင့္ အျခားေသာအရည္အခ်င္းမ်ား ျဖစ္သည့္ ရရွိခဲ့သည့္ ဘြဲ႕၊ လုပ္ငန္းခြင္ဆုိင္ရာသင္တန္းအမည္ႏွင့္ ဘာသာရပ္၊ ကြန္ပ်ဴတာကၽြမ္းက်င္မႈ တို႔ႏွင့္အတူ ေအာင္ျမင္ခဲ့သည့္ Grade or level

၃။ အလုပ္အေတြ႔အၾကံဳ သို႔ Employment History

၄င္းႏွင့္ပက္သက္ျပီး ေဖာ္ျပသည့္အခါမွာေတာ့ action words မ်ားျဖစ္တဲ့ planned, developed, organized , contribute with team စသည့္ အလုပ္ႏွင့္ပက္သက္္သည့္ skill ဆုိင္ရာစကားလံုးမ်ားပါဝင္ေအာင္ ထည့္သြင္းေဖာ္ျပရမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္ရွင္။

၄။ စိတ္ဝင္စားမႈ ( Interest ) ႏွင့္ ေအာင္ျမင္မႈမ်ား ( Achievement)

၄င္းႏွင့္ပက္သက္၍ အလုပ္ႏွင့္ပက္သက္သည့္ စိတ္ဝင္စားမႈႏွင့္တကြ personal life ၏ hobby ႏွင့္ interest ကုိ ပါ ေဖာ္ျပႏုိင္ျပီး အလုပ္တြင္ လူၾကီးမင္းလုပ္ေဆာင္ေပးခဲ့သည့္ project တြင္ ရရွိခဲ့ေသာ ေအာင္ျမင္မႈမ်ား၊ Leardership ႏွင့္ ပက္သက္သည့္ skill ႏွင့္ အလုပ္ႏွင့္ပက္သက္ျပီး details လုပ္တတ္မႈ စသည့္ main point တုိ႔ကုိ ေဖာ္ျပေပးရပါမည္။
