သင္၏ ကိုယ္ေရးအက်ဥ္းခ်ဳပ္တြင္ မပါသင့္သည့္ အခ်က္မ်ား

အခ်ိန္ ၆ စကၠန္႔အတြင္း မိမိ၏ ကိုယ္ေရးအက်ဥ္းခ်ဳပ္တြင္ ေဖာ္ျပထားမႈမ်ားသည္ ထိုက္တန္မႈရွိေၾကာင္း ျပသႏိုင္ရန္ စကားလံုးစာသားတိုင္းကို ေသခ်ာစြာ ျပင္ဆင္ထားရေပမည္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ မိမိ၏ ကိုယ္ေရးအက်ဥ္းခ်ဳပ္ကို သိသာထင္ရွားစြာ ျပသႏိုင္ရန္အတြက္ ေရးသားရာတြင္ ေရွာင္က်ဥ္ရမည့္ အခ်က္မ်ားကို ယခုတစ္ပတ္မွာ ရွင္းလင္းတင္ျပသြားမွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

နာမည္ေျပာင္ e mail လိပ္စာပါ။ ကိုယ္ေက်ာင္းသားဘဝက အေပ်ာ္ဖြင့္ထားတာပဲ ျဖစ္ျဖစ္၊ ဒါမွာမဟုတ္ လူသိမခံလိုတဲ့ ရည္ရြယ္ခ်က္နဲ႔ အမည္လႊဲဖြင့္ထားတာပဲျဖစ္ျဖစ္ေပါ့။ ဒီလိုရည္ရြယ္ခ်က္နဲ႔ ဖြင့္ထားတဲ့ mail လိပ္စာေတြကိုမထည့္သင့္ပါဘူး။ တစ္ခ်ိဳ႕ဆို Mail လိပ္စာတစ္ခုတည္းကို မိသားစုလိုက္သံုးတာမ်ိဳးေတြရွိသလုိ အမ်ားပိုင္သံုးတာေတြလည္း ရွိပါတယ္။ ဒါမ်ိဳးေတြဆို မထည့္ရပါဘူး။ mail ဆိုတာ တစ္ေယာက္တည္း သံုးတာ ပိုေကာင္းပါတယ္။ ၿပီးေတာ့ အလုပ္ေလွ်ာက္တာ ဆိုေတာ့ နာမည္ေျပာင္ mail ေတြ မသံုးပဲ အတည္အတံ့ဖြင့္ထားတဲ့ mail လိပ္စာကိုပဲ သံုးသင့္တာပါ။

ေနာက္တစ္ခုကေတာ့ ဖုန္းနံပါတ္ေတြ အမ်ားႀကီး ထည့္ထားတာမ်ိဳးကိုလည္း ေရွာင္ရပါ့မယ္။ တစ္ခ်ိဳ႕က အဆက္အသြယ္မရမွာစိုးလို႔ လက္လွမ္းမီသမွ် အကုန္ထည့္ထားပါတယ္။ တကယ္ ဆက္သြယ္လိုက္တဲ့အခါမွာ ကိုယ္ကမရွိတာမ်ိဳး၊ ေခၚလို႔မရတာမ်ိဳးေတြ ျဖစ္တတ္ပါတယ္။ အလုပ္ အင္တာဗ်ဴးေခၚတဲ့သူေတြ အမ်ားစုက ဆက္သြယ္ရခက္တဲ့ ဖုန္းနံပါတ္ေတြကို ၂ ခါျပန္ေခၚတာမ်ိဳး လုပ္ေလ့လုပ္ထ အရမ္းနည္းပါတယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ ဆက္သြယ္ဖို႔အတြက္ အေသခ်ာဆံုး ဖုန္းနံပါတ္ကို ေပးရပါ့မယ္။

ဒီတစ္ခုက ပိုလို႔ေတာင္ဂရုစိုက္ရမွာပါ။ ဒါက ကိုယ့္ရဲ႕ ကိုယ္ေရးအခ်က္အလက္ေတြပါ။ Personal Details လို႔ ဆိုေပမယ့္ မလိုအပ္တဲ့ ကိုယ္္ေရးအခ်က္အလက္ေတြကိုေတာ့ ထည့္မေရး သင့္ပါဘူး။ အဲ့ဒီအခ်က္ေတြက စိတ္ပိုင္းဆိုင္ရာ ယံုၾကည္မႈ (ဥပမာ။ ။ ခံစားလြယ္သည္။ နတ္ကိုးကြယ္သည္။ တစ္ေယာက္တည္းေနရတာ သေဘာက်သည္။) စသျဖင့္ေပါ့။ ေနာက္ ကိုယ့္ရဲ႕ လူမႈဖူလံုေရးနံပါတ္၊ ဝါသနာ၊ လူမ်ိဳး၊ အိမ္ေထာင္ေရး အေျခအေန စတာေတြလည္းပါတယ္။ ဒါေတြက မလိုအပ္ရင္ ထည့္မေရးတာ ပိုေကာင္းပါတယ္။ ဒီကိုယ့္ရဲ႕ အခ်က္အလက္ေတြက အားနည္းစရာေတြ ရွိခဲ့ရင္ ကိုယ့္ရဲ႕ အလုပ္ကို ထိခိုက္ ႏိုင္တာေပါ့။

ေနာက္ၿပီး တစ္ခ်ိဳ႕ဆို ကိုယ့္ရဲ႕ personal အေကာင့္ေတြျဖစ္တဲ့ FB၊ We Chat၊ Line စတာေတြေပါ့။ ဒါေတြကို ထည့္ေရးၾကတယ္။ အမွန္တကယ္ အလုပ္ျဖစ္ႏိုင္တာထက္ ကိုယ့္ရဲ႕လူမႈ ဘဝကို ဒီအေကာင့္ေတြကတဆင့္ ထင္ဟတ္ေစႏိုင္ပါတယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ ထည့္မေရးသင့္ပါဘူး။ အမွန္တကယ္ အလုပ္ျဖစ္ႏိုင္တဲ့ linkedin လို အေကာင့္ဆိုရင္ေတာင္ ေသခ်ာစဥ္းစားၿပီးမွ ထည့္သင့္တယ္။

ၿပီးေတာ့ ကိုယ့္ရဲ႕ လက္ရွိအလုပ္အကိုင္နဲ႔ ပတ္သက္တဲ့ အဆက္အသြယ္ တစ္ခုခုေပါ့။ ဥပမာ။ ရံုးလုပ္ငန္းသံုး mail လိပ္စာ၊ ဖုန္းနံပါတ္ စတာေတြကို ထည့္မေရး သင့္ပါဘူး။ ဒါမွလည္း ကိုယ္ေလာေလဆယ္လုပ္ေနတဲ့ လုပ္ငန္းက သူေဌးက ကိုယ့္ကို သံသယ မဝင္ႏိုင္မွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ တစ္ဘက္က အလုပ္ေခၚတာကို လက္ရွိအလုပ္က လုပ္ငန္းရွင္ေတြ အထက္အရာရွိေတြက ႀကိဳက္မွာ မဟုတ္ပါဘူး။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ ဘယ္အခ်ိန္မဆို အလုပ္ေလွ်ာက္ရင္ ကိုယ္ပိုင္ mail နဲ႔ ဖုန္းနံပါတ္ေတြကိုပဲ ထည့္ေရးသင့္ပါတယ္။
