လုင္ငန္းအစီအမံမ်ားကို ေအာင္ျမင္စြာ တင္ျပနည္း။

လုပ္ငန္းခြင္အတြင္း အသစ္ျပဳလုပ္မည့္ သို႔မဟုတ္ ခ်ဲ႕ထြင္မည့္ လုပ္ငန္းစီမံကိန္းမ်ားႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္၍ သက္ဆိုင္ရာ ဌာနအလိုက္ စီမံကိန္းမ်ားကို ေရးဆြဲ တင္ျပေလ့ရွိၾကသည္။ ထိုသို႔ တင္ျပရာတြင္ အေတြ႕အႀကံဳ ရွိသူမ်ား အေနျဖင့္ ပိုမိုေကာင္းမြန္ေအာင္ ျပင္ဆင္ႏိုင္မည့္ နည္းလမ္းမ်ားႏွင့္ အေတြ႕အႀကံဳမရွိသူမ်ားအေနျဖင့္ အမွားမပါရေအာင္ မည္သို႔ ျပင္ဆင္ထားရမည္ကို www.jobless.com.mm မွ လက္လွမ္းမီသမွ် စုစည္း ေရးသားတင္ျပ လိုက္သည္။

ယံုၾကည္မႈကို ေမြးဖြားပါ။

"ယံုၾကည္မႈရွိက လုပ္ငန္းတစ္ဝက္ ၿပီးေျမာက္ႏိုင္သည္" ဆိုသလိုပါပဲ။ ကိုယ္လုပ္မယ့္ အလုပ္ကို ယံုၾကည္မႈရွိစြာ လုပ္ကိုင္ျခင္းက ေအာင္ျမင္မႈကို ရယူဖို႔ နည္းလမ္းေကာင္းတစ္ခုလည္းျဖစ္သည္။ အေျခခံအားျဖင့္ ယံုၾကည္မႈတိုင္းသည္ ကၽြမ္းက်င္မႈကေန ေမြးဖြားလာျခင္း ျဖစ္သည္။ ကၽြမ္းက်င္မႈ ရွိဖို႔ဆိုရာတြင္ နည္းပညာ၊ အတတ္ပညာ အကုန္လံုးပါဝင္ေနသည္။

ထို႔ေၾကာင့္ လုပ္ငန္းစီမံကိန္းမ်ားကို တင္ျပရာတြင္ ကိုယ္တင္ျပမည့္ လုပ္ငန္း အစီအစဥ္မ်ားကို အစမွ အဆံုးတိုင္ အေသးစိတ္ အလြတ္ရေနသင့္သလို သိရွိနားလည္ေနဖို႔ လုိအပ္ေပမည္။ ထိုမွသာ ယံုၾကည္မႈကို ေမြးဖြားရာတြင္ လြယ္ကူ အဆင္ေျပႏိုင္လိမ့္မည္ျဖစ္သည္။ ယံုၾကည္မႈကို ေမြးဖြားႏိုင္သည့္ အျခားနည္လမ္းမ်ား လည္း ရွိေသးသည္။

၁။ စိတ္လႈပ္ရွားျခင္းသည္ ယံုၾကည္မႈကို ေပ်ာက္ဆံုးႏိုင္သည့္ အေႏွာက္အယွက္အဟန္႔အတား ျဖစ္သည့္အတြက္ ထိုစိတ္လႈပ္ရွားမႈကို မျဖစ္မေန ထိန္းခ်ဳပ္ရမည္။ ထိုသို႔ ထိန္းခ်ဳပ္ရာတြင္ အထိေရာက္ဆံုး နည္းလမ္းမွာ အစည္းအေဝးခန္းမအတြင္းရွိ ကိုယ္ႏွင့္ ရင္းႏွီးသူမ်ားႏွင့္ မိတ္ဖြဲ႕၍ အစည္းအေဝးမစခင္ စကားစျမည္ေျပာေနပါ။

၂။ မ်က္လံုျခင္းဆံု၍ ယံုၾကည္မႈကို ေမြးဖြားပါ။ တစ္ေယာက္ကို တစ္ေယာက္ မ်က္လံုျခင္းဆံု၍ ၾကည့္ျခင္းသည္ စိတ္ခြန္အားကို ရေစႏိုင္သည့္ နည္းလမ္းတစ္ခုလည္းျဖစ္သည္။

၃။ လုပ္ငန္းစီမံကိန္းမ်ားကို တင္ဆက္ေနစဥ္အတြင္း ကိုယ္လက္လႈပ္ရွားမႈမ်ား ရွိေနပါေစ။ တည္တည္ၿငိမ္ၿငိမ္ ႏွင့္ တစ္ေနရာတည္း ရပ္တန္႔ေနျခင္းသည္ နားေထာင္သူအတြက္ ရိုးအီသည့္ ျမင္ကြင္းတစ္ခု ျဖစ္လာႏိုင္သလို ရွင္းျပေနသူအတြက္လည္း စိတ္က်ဥ္းက်ပ္မႈမ်ားကို ျဖစ္ေပၚေစႏိုင္သည္။ စိတ္လြတ္လပ္မႈ မရွိျခင္းသည္လည္း ကိုယ့္ကိုယ္ကို ယံုၾကည္မႈေပ်ာက္ဆံုးေစသည့္ အေၾကာင္းအရင္းမ်ားထဲမွ တစ္ခ်က္ျဖစ္သည္။
