CNBC မွ သတင္းတစ္ပုဒ္အရ - အေမရိကန္ျပည္ေထာင္စု အလုပ္သမားေရးရာဌာနမွ Google နဲ႕ သူတို႔ရဲ႕ ပင္ရင္းကုမၸဏီျဖစ္ေသာ Alphabet တို႔ကို အလုပ္သမားေရးရာဥပေဒမ်ားကို ခ်ိဳးေဖာက္မႈျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့တဲ့အတြက္ တရားစြဲဆိုမႈျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့ေၾကာင္း သိရွိခဲ့ရပါတယ္။

ႏို၀င္ဘာလ ၁ ရက္ေန႔တြင္ ျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့ေသာ စြဲဆိုခ်က္အရ - Google ဟာ ၀န္ထမ္းမ်ားအေနနဲ႕ တရားဥပေဒအရ အကာအကြယ္ေပးထားေသာ အလုပ္သမားမ်ား၏လုပ္ပိုင္ခြင့္တစ္ရပ္ျဖစ္တဲ့ လုပ္ငန္းခြင္အတြင္း အလုပ္သမားအဖြဲ႕အစည္းမ်ား တည္ေဆာက္ႏိုင္ေရး လုပ္ပိုင္ခြင့္မ်ားကို လုပ္ေဆာင္ရာတြင္ “၀င္ေရာက္စြက္ဖက္ျခင္း၊ တားဆီးျခင္းနဲ႕၊ ၀န္ထမ္းမ်ားကို ၿခိမ္းေျခာက္ျခင္းတို႔အား လုပ္ေဆာင္လွ်က္ရွိေနတယ္ဟူ၍ တင္ျပလာခဲ့ပါတယ္။

အေမရိကန္အလုပ္သမားေရးရာဌာနမွ တင္ျပလာေသာ စာရြက္စာတမ္းမ်ားအရ Google ကို ၀န္ထမ္းမ်ားအား ေစာင့္ၾကည့္ျခင္း၊ အလုပ္သမားအဖြဲ႕အစည္းမ်ား တည္ေဆာက္ရန္ျပဳလုပ္ေသာ ၀န္ထမ္းမ်ားအား အလုပ္မွထုတ္ပယ္ျခင္းတို႔အျပင္ ၀န္ထမ္းမ်ားအေနနဲ႕ လုပ္ငန္းခြင္အတြင္းရွိ မေက်နပ္ခ်က္မ်ားနဲ႕ အခ်က္အလက္မ်ားကို တစ္ဦးမွ တစ္ဦးသို႔ ဘံုသံုးပစၥည္းမ်ားျဖစ္တဲ့ ျပကၡဒိန္မ်ား၊ e-mail မ်ား၊ Meeting Room မ်ားနဲ႕ Internal Communication Tool တစ္ခုျဖစ္ေသာ MemeGen တို႔ကိုအသံုးျပဳ၍ မွ်ေ၀ေျပာၾကားျခင္းအား တားဆီးမႈျပဳျခင္းတို႔ကို ျပဳလုပ္လွ်က္ရွိေၾကာင္း သိရွိရပါတယ္။

ကုမၸဏီရဲ႕ ေျပာေရးဆိုခြင့္ရွိသူတစ္ဦးမွ အထက္ပါအေၾကာင္းအရာနဲ႕ပတ္သက္ၿပီး တုန္႕ျပန္ခဲ့ရာမွာေတာ့ - “ကၽြႏ္ုပ္တို႔ဟာ ကၽြႏ္ုပ္တို႔ရဲ႕၀န္ထမ္းမ်ားရဲ႕ လုပ္ပိုင္ခြင့္မ်ားကို အျပည့္အ၀ေထာက္ပံ့ေပးထားၿပီး ပြင့္လင္းေသာ ေဆြးေႏြးမႈမ်ား၊ ေလးစားမႈရွိစြာ ျပန္လည္ေခ်ပေျပာဆိုျခင္းမ်ားကို အားေပးျခင္းဟာ Google ရဲ႕ အစဥ္အလာမ်ားထဲကမွ အစိတ္အပိုင္းတစ္ရပ္ပဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္။” ဒီအစဥ္အလာရွိေနျခင္းကို ကၽြႏ္ုပ္တို႔က ဂုဏ္ယူတန္ဖိုးထားၿပီး ဒီအခ်က္ကိုအခြင့္ေကာင္းယူၿပီး ကၽြႏ္ုပ္တို႔ရဲ႕ လံုျခံဳေရးေပၚလစီမ်ားနဲ႕ Internal system မ်ားကို အခြင့္ေကာင္းယူ၍ အသံုးခ်ႏိုင္ေျခရွိေနသူေတြရဲ႕လက္ထဲကေန ကာကြယ္သြားဖို႔အတြက္ကိုလည္း ဆံုးျဖတ္ထားပါတယ္။” ဟူ၍ ေျပာၾကားသြားခဲ့ပါတယ္။
