သင္ဝင္ေရာက္ရမယ့္ လုပ္ငန္းခြင္အသစ္မွာေအာင္ျမင္မႈရရွိေစရန္လုပ္ေဆာင္ရမလဲ (အပိုင္း - ၄)
နည္းလမ္း ၄။ ။ သက္ေမြးမႈလမ္းေၾကာင္း (Career) ထိခိုက္ေစႏိုင္မည့္အမွားမ်ားကိုေရွာင္ၾကဥ္ျခင္း
၁။ သင္အားလုံးကိုသိထားတယ္ဆိုတဲ့ပုံစံမ်ိဳးမဖမ္းပါနဲ႔။ အကယ္၍သင္ဟာ ကုမၸဏီအတြင္း အရည္အ ခ်င္းအရွိဆုံးသူေတြထဲကတစ္ဦးျဖစ္ေနရင္ေတာင္မွ သင့္ကို ဘဝင္ျမင့္တယ္၊ ႀကီးက်ယ္တယ္လို႔ အထင္ ခံရႏိုင္ေစတဲ့ ဒီအျပဳအမူမ်ိဳးကိုေရွာင္ရွားသင့္ပါတယ္။
• သင့္အေနနဲ႔ ႐ိုးသားစြာမိမိကိုယ္ကိုႏွိမ့္ခ်ဆက္ဆံၿပီး သင္ယူႏိုင္သမွ်အရာအရားလုံးကိုသင္ယူရ ပါမယ္။
• သင္ဟာအရည္အခ်င္းရွိေသာ ထက္ျမက္သူတစ္ဦးျဖစ္တယ္ဆိုတာကို ျပသရန္အခ်ိန္မ်ား ေနာင္တြင္ရွိလာဦးမွာျဖစ္တယ္ဆိုတာကိုသတိျပဳပါ။
• စကားနည္းနည္းေျပာၿပီး မ်ားမ်ားနားေထာင္ပါ။
၂။ အလုပ္တာဝန္ေတြအမ်ားႀကီးယူျခင္းမွ ေရွာင္ၾကဥ္ပါ။ အၿမဲတမ္း႐ုံးမွေနာက္က်ကာျပန္ျခင္းအားျဖင့္ သင္ဟာ ဒီအလုပ္တာဝန္မ်ားအေပၚစိတ္ပါဝင္စားမႈရွိတယ္ဆိုတဲ့အေၾကာင္းျပသဖို႔မလုပ္ပါနဲ႔။
• သင္လုပ္ငန္းခြင္သို႔စတင္ဝင္ေရာက္ကတည္းကခ်မွတ္ခဲ့တဲ့ ေမွ်ာ္မွန္းခ်က္မ်ားဟာ ေရရွည္အထိ အက်ိဳးသက္ေရာက္မႈရွိႏိုင္တဲ့အတြက္ သင္ဟာ အခ်ိန္အမ်ားအျပားယူရတာမ်ိဳးထက္ အခ်ိန္ကို အက်ိဳးရွိရွိအသုံးခ်တာမ်ိဳးပဲျဖစ္သင့္ပါတယ္။
၃။ အတင္းအဖ်င္းေျပာဆိုျခင္းမ်ားကိုေတြ႕ရွိခဲ့ပါက ေရွာင္ၾကဥ္ပါ။ သင့္အလုပ္ခြင္အသစ္အတြင္း သူငယ္ခ်င္းအသစ္မ်ားကိုလည္းသင္ေတြ႕ရွိရမွာပါ။ ဒါေပမယ့္ ျဖစ္ႏိုင္သမွ် မိမိကိုယ္ကို professional ဆန္ေနေစဖို႔ သတိထားေဆာင္႐ြက္ပါ။
• သင့္ရဲ႕လုပ္ေဖာ္ကိုင္ဖက္ (သို႔) အထက္လူႀကီး/ သူေဌး ရဲ႕မေကာင္းေၾကာင္းေတြကိုေျပာဆိုျခင္း မွ ေရွာင္ၾကဥ္ပါ။
• သင့္အေနနဲ႔ေစာဒကတက္လိုသည့္အရာမ်ားရွိပါက ထိုအရာမ်ားနဲ႔သက္ဆိုင္တဲ့သူမ်ားကို တိုက္ ႐ိုက္ေျပာဆိုပါ။
၄။ ကုမၸဏီအေပၚ အေကာင္းျမင္စိတ္ထားပါ/ ေစတနာထားလုပ္ေဆာင္ပါ။ သင္ဟာကုမၸဏီအတြင္းျဖစ္ ပြားေနတဲ့အရာမ်ားကို သေဘာမက်ဘူးဆိုရင္ေတာင္မွ (သို႔) ၎ကုမၸဏီတစ္ခုမွဦးတည္ေနတဲ့ direction တစ္ခုကိုသေဘာမက်ဘူးဆိုရင္ေတာင္မွ အဖြဲ႕အစည္း
