အလုပ္အကိုင္တစ္ခုရဲ႕ အေသးစိတ္အခ်က္အလက္မ်ား၊ တာဝန္ဝတၱရားမ်ားနဲ႔ အလုပ္တစ္ခုတြင္ ပါဝင္လာႏိုင္မည့္ အရာမ်ားကို တိက်ေသခ်ာစြာ သတ္မွတ္ေဖာ္ျပေပးႏိုင္ပါက လုပ္ငန္းရွင္မ်ားအေနနဲ႔ မွန္ကန္သင့္ေတာ္တဲ့ အလုပ္ေလွ်ာက္ထားမည့္ Candidate မ်ားကို ေခၚယူႏိုင္ေစဖို႔ လြယ္ကူေစမွာျဖစ္ၿပီး ဝန္ထမ္းမ်ားရဲ႕ တာဝန္ဝတၱရာမ်ားကို ရွင္းလင္းစြာ သိရွိနားလည္ၿပီး ဝန္ထမ္းတို႔ရဲ႕ လုပ္ငန္းစြမ္းေဆာင္ရည္မ်ားကို အကဲျဖတ္မႈမ်ားကိုလည္း ျပဳလုပ္ႏိုင္ေစမွာျဖစ္တဲ့အျပင္ အျခားအက်ိဳးရလာဒ္မ်ားလည္း ရွိလာေစမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

ေအာက္ပါအခ်က္မ်ားကေတာ့ မွန္ကန္ေကာင္းမြန္တဲ့ Job description တစ္ခုတြင္ ပါဝင္ထည့္သြင္းသင့္သည္ဟု အႀကံျပဳထားေသာ ေခါင္းစဥ္အခ်ိဳ႕ပဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္ -
• ရာထူးအမည္
• ဌာန
• အဆိုပါရာထူးတာဝန္တစ္ခုအေနနဲ႔ တင္ျပမႈမ်ား (report) ျပဳလုပ္ရမည့္ သူမ်ား
• ေဆာင္႐ြက္ရမည့္ တာဝန္ဝတၱရားမ်ားအေၾကာင္း အက်ဥ္းခ်ဳပ္
• အဓိက တာဝန္ယူရမည့္ေနရာမ်ား
• အရည္အခ်င္းမ်ား (လိုအပ္ေသာ ကြၽမ္းက်င္မႈမ်ားႏွင့္ အေတြ႕အႀကဳံ)
• အလုပ္ခန႔္အပ္မႈဆိုင္ရာ စည္းမ်ဥ္းမ်ား
• လိုအပ္ေသာ ပညာအရည္အခ်င္းႏွင့္ လုပ္ငန္းအေတြ႕အႀကဳံ (မရွိမျဖစ္လိုအပ္ေသာ အေျခခံပညာအရည္အခ်င္း (သို႔) လုပ္ငန္းေဆာင္႐ြက္မႈဆိုင္ရာ Certificate မ်ားအတြက္ highlight ျပဳလုပ္ေပးရမည္။)

• Manage all head office functions and new store roll outs

• Set and communicate retail standards across the business
• To monitor divisional sales and profit plan and deliver action plan to maximize performance
• Review competitor activity and develop strategies to exceed this.

Term of employment
12 months
Qualifications
• A minimum of 10 years retail and head of retail or regional management experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Leadership and motivational skills
• Be commercially aware and possess in depth experience of working towards KPIs
• Ability to plan, priorities and cope under pressure
