1. Purpose for Content Competition

The main task of online recruitment jobboard is as a bridge between an employer and candidate/employee and act as a media for employer in hiring and for jobseeker in searching job .

At that time the job seeker must understand to apply for the jobs what is suitable with their qualifications and their experiences as well the employers also need to advertise with full information.

In addition, the job seeker and the employer need to understand the situation each other for whatever situation for the business success.

Therefore , the mediator for employer and jobseekers, we would like to collaborate with HR practitioner or every persons who are interested in not only sharing knowledge for career knowledge but also content writing so that we can help in hiring the right candidates and in applying for the jobs as well in chossing a right employer.

Besides we, jobsinyangon.com would like to help the participants who are interested in content writing so that they can show their creativity, they can go to target audience .

2. Rules for content writing

2.1 . The person who will submit the content must register on www.jobsinyangon.com

If the person would like to submit the content for HR Advice, he/she has to register as employer.

If the preson woudl like to submit the content for Job Advice, he/she has to register as job seeker.

2.2. The content will be submitted by email and it will have to be sent to nyolai@jobsinyangon.com on every Thursday not later than 1:00 pm

2.3 The content must be for 10 minutes broadcasting .

2.4. We will post all the content on our blog ( Job Journal) and we will release on City FM Radio weekly so that the audience can vote for the content what they prefer.

2.5. We, JobsInYangon.com will announce the winner for the best content in every two months .

3. How to vote?

3.1 . The audience can vote by calling to City FM or www.jobsinyangon.com after we will release the content on radio.

3.2 The audience can vote by registering on www.jobsinyangon.com and sending email by subjecting " Content Title" to nyolai@jobsinyangon.com.

3.4 The audience can vote on our Facebook Offer named asHR/JOB ADVICE Content Writing Competition".

4. How to select the winner?

The winner will be selected by scoring from public voting and jobsinyangon.com . We will choose only one winner for every two months.

5. Prize

1. Online Assessment Test and Career Advice plus sending this content  to 100000 Jobseekers and 5000 Employers

2. iPhone plus sending this content  to 100000 Jobseekers and 5000 Employers

3. iPod Shuffle plus sending this content  to 100000 Jobseekers and 5000 Employers

4. Apple TV plus sending this content  to 100000 Jobseekers and 5000 Employers

5. Perfume plus sending this content  to 100000 Jobseekers and 5000 Employers

6. Pocket Book plus sending this content  to 100000 Jobseekers and 5000 Employers

6.GENERAL CONDITIONS:

All participants (a) agree that the Promotional Entities and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be indemnified and held harmless by participants against any liability for, any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to person(s), including, without limitation, death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of prize, or participation in this content competition or  Jobless-related activities and (b) acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in law or in fact, relative to the prize, including but not limited to, its quality, merchantability or fitness for the intended purpose. Except where prohibited by law, winners of prizes grant (and agree to confirm such grant in writing promptly upon request) to Sponsor, Jobless.com.mm, and those acting under Sponsor's and Jobless’authority the right to the use of his/her name, photograph, likeness, voice, image, statements and biographical information for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes without limitation in any media worldwide, including the Internet, without review, notification or approval, or further compensation to the winner, unless prohibited by law.

Sponsor is not responsible for any computer, telephone, mobile device, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability, or garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/website/use net accessibility, availability, or traffic congestion, or any technical error, or unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of e-mail or other information, or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information. If for any reason, including but not limited to an administrative, printing, production, computer or other error or due to technical difficulties or incorrect announcements of any kind, more winning instant win messages are distributed, or more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded according to these Official Rules, the intended prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received. In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes. In the event of a production or other error neither the Sponsor, FACE24 Co.,Ltd, nor their agents shall have any liability. The right is reserved by Sponsor at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Game or any associated website, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods is strictly prohibited and will result in the disqualification of any entrant using such methods, in Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participating in this Game or downloading materials from the Website or use of the Website. If you access the Website and/or play the Game using your mobile device, standard data charges may apply from your carrier. If the Game is not capable of running as planned by reason of, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which Sponsor, in its sole opinion, deems could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of  content competition Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Game and to make prizes available to be won in a manner deemed by Sponsor and FACE24 Co.,Ltd in their sole discretion, to be fair, appropriate and consistent with the spirit of these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the JLW or in the announcement of the prizes.
