What is your communication style?

 

Visual

• See what I mean
• Get the picture
• Are clear on the issue
• Have the perspective
• Visualize the results
• Can be foggy on the details
• Show you results

Visual learners/communicators emphasize what is seen, rather than what is heard. Sometimes visual learners ,,do not see your point,,.

 

Auditory

• Hears what you are saying
• Sounds you out on an idea
• Wants to be in tune with the group
• Likes to discuss the details
• Does not want to be off-key

If you are an auditory/communicator, discussing and hearing the information will most effectively accelerate your learning.

 

Kinesthetic

• Feels the pressure
• Likes a hands-on approach
• Can get out of synchronization
• Want to be in touch with you
• Senses the ,,vibes,,
• Can be clumsy on details

Kinesthetic learners/communicator require less visual and verbal information and more opportunities to practice and participate in the skills, process or information being presented.
