How and when to negotiate your salary

- Prior the interview try to figure our how much do you need make from this job.
- Never discuss your salary during the interview, start only while you have feeling they want you
- You will have to negotiate your salary, especially when your expectation and employer is not matching (be sure how strong you feel for the position)
- In order to win at salary negotiation don't the first on to mention the figure
- To win the salary negotiation, get a research about the market benchmark
In other to succeed here are some point you should never discuss until ALL the following conditions have been fulfilled:
- Until you're in the final stage of the interview
- Until they've gotten to know you, at your best, so they can see how you compare to other candidates
- Until you've gotten to know them, as completely as you can, are they being firm or flexible
- Until you've found out exactly what the job entails
- Until they've had a chance to find out how well you match the job requirements
- Until you've decided - I really would like to work here
- Until they've said - We want you
- Until they've said or implied - We've got to have you
