In other to succeed here are some point you should never discuss until ALL the following conditions have been fulfilled:

- Until they've gotten to know you, at your best, so they can see how you compare to other candidates
- Until you've gotten to know them, as completely as you can, are they being firm or flexible
- Until you've found out exactly what the job entails
- Until they've had a chance to find out how well you match the job requirements
- Until you've decided - I really would like to work here
- Until they've said - We want you
- Until they've said or implied - We've got to have you
