Nintendo confirmed to shut down two offices in North America

ေျမာက္အေမရိကတိုက္ရွိ ႐ုံးခန္း (၂) ခုကို ပိတ္သိမ္းေတာ့မည္ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း Nintendo မွ အတည္ျပဳခဲ့

ေျမာက္အေမရိကတိုက္ရွိ California ႏွင့္ Toronto ျပည္နယ္မ်ားတြင္တည္ရွိေသာ Nintendo ရဲ႕ ႐ုံးခန္း (၂) ခုကို ပိတ္သိမ္းေတာ့မည္ဟု Nintendo မွ အတည္ျပဳေျပာၾကားခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ဒီေၾကျငာခ်က္ဟာ Nintendo ရဲ႕ Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing အျဖစ္တာဝန္ထမ္းေဆာင္ခဲ့သူ Nick Chavez ရဲ႕ resign ျပဳလုပ္ျခင္းႏွင့္အတူ ထြက္ေပၚလာခဲ့ျခင္းျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

Nintendo ရဲ႕ အတြင္းပိုင္းသတင္းမ်ားအရ ဒီ႐ုံးခန္း (၂) ခုကို ပိတ္သိမ္းဖို႔ ဆုံးျဖတ္ခ်က္ခ်မွတ္လိုက္ျခင္းဟာ အဆိုပါ႐ုံးခန္းမ်ားတြင္ လုပ္ကိုင္လွ်က္ရွိေနတဲ့ ဝန္ထမ္းမ်ားစြာကို စိတ္ပ်က္သြားေစခဲ့ပါတယ္။ အဆိုပါ satellite office (၂) ခုဟာဆိုရင္ Nintendo ရဲ႕ marketing, sales နဲ႔ retail relations ဌာနမ်ားရဲ႕ ႐ုံးခန္းမ်ားျဖစ္ခဲ့တာျဖစ္ၿပီး အေမရိကတိုက္ရွိ Nintendo ႐ုံးခ်ဳပ္ရဲ႕ မီဒီယာမ်ားသို႔ ေျပာၾကားခ်က္အရ အခ်ိန္တစ္ခုအတြင္းမွာ ဝန္ထမ္းမ်ားနဲ႔ လုပ္ငန္းေဆာင္႐ြက္ခ်က္မ်ားကို ႐ုံးခ်ဳပ္အတြင္းသို႔ ေျပာင္းေ႐ႊ႕သြားမွာ ျဖစ္တယ္လို႔ သိရေသာ္လည္း ယခုအခ်ိန္အထိေတာ့ အဆိုပါ႐ုံးခန္းမ်ားအတြင္းအလုပ္လုပ္ကိုင္ေနခဲ့တဲ့ ဝန္ထမ္းစုစုေပါင္း ၁၀၀ ေက်ာ္ခန႔္ကို အလုံးစုံဆက္လက္၍ အလုပ္ခန႔္ထား/ မထား ဆိုတာကိုေတာ့ ထုတ္ေဖာ္ေျပာဆိုခဲ့ျခင္း မရွိေသးပါဘူး။

Nintendo ဟာ ဝန္ထမ္းေလွ်ာ့ခ်ျခင္းနဲ႔ ျပန္လည္ေနရာခ်ထားျခင္းတို႔ကို အၿမဲလိုလိုျပဳလုပ္ေလ့မရွိပဲ ေနာက္ဆုံးအႀကိမ္ ဝန္ထမ္းအမ်ားအျပားကို ေလွ်ာ့ခ်ခဲ့တာကေတာ့ ၂၀၁၄ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ျဖစ္ၿပီး ဥေရာပတိုက္ရွိ ဝန္ထမ္းစုစုေပါင္း ၃၀၀ ခန႔္ကို ေလွ်ာ့ခ်ခဲ့ဖူးျခင္းသာ ရွိခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ဒါ့အျပင္ Nintendo ရဲ႕ president ျဖစ္သူ Satoru Iwata ကလည္း ဝန္ထမ္းမ်ားကိုေလွ်ာ့ခ်ရျခင္းကို ႏွစ္သက္သူတစ္ဦးမဟုတ္ပဲ သူက ဒီလိုျပဳလုပ္ျခင္းဟာ ဝန္ထမ္းမ်ားရဲ႕ စိတ္အားတက္ႂကြထက္သန္မႈကို အေႏွာင့္အယွက္ျဖစ္ေစတယ္လို႔ ယုံၾကည္သူတစ္ဦးပဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
