အပုိင္း ( ၁) မွာေတာ့ Learning Agility ( ၅) မ်ိဳးကုိ ေဖာ္ျပခဲ့ျပီး အပုိင္း ( ၂) မွာေတာ့ Learning Agility တုိးတက္ေအာင္ လုပ္ပံုလုပ္နည္းေလးကုိ ဆက္လက္ေဆြးေႏြးေပးထားပါတယ္။

4. Plan တုိ႔ျဖစ္ျပီး ၄င္းႏွင့္ပက္သက္သည့္ အရာေတြကုိ Life Experience ႏွင့္ Working Experiences မွာ အေျခခံျပီး ဥပမာ ေလးေတြေပးျပီး ေဆြးေႏြးေပးထားပါထားသလုိ Learning Agility ကုိ တုိးတက္ေအာင္လုပ္ဖုိ႔ Open Minded ရွိဖုိ႔လည္း လုိတယ္ဆိုတာကုိ ေဆြးေႏြးထားပါတယ္။ အခု sharing လုပ္ေပးတာေတြကုိ လက္ေတြ႔မွာ အသံုးခ်ဖုိ႔ အေသးစိတ္ကုိ Audio မွာ ဆက္လက္နားေထာင္လုိက္ပါအံုးေနာ္။
