အေဝးမွအလုပ္လုပ္ရျခင္း (Remote Working) ဟာ အနာဂါတ္တစ္ခုျဖစ္လာႏိုင္ေၾကာင္း Facebook မွ ေျပာဆိုခဲ့ 

BBC သတင္းတစ္ပုဒ္အရ အေဝးမွအလုပ္လုပ္ရျခင္း (Remote Working) သည္ “အနာဂါတ္” ျဖစ္လာႏိုင္တယ္လို႔ ထင္ျမင္မိေၾကာင္း Facebook ကေတာ့ ေျပာၾကားလိုက္ၿပီပဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ကုမၸဏီရဲ႕ ေျပာဆိုခ်က္အရ ဝန္ထမ္းမ်ားအေနနဲ႔ ဆက္လက္ၿပီး Work From Home ျပဳလုပ္ေနႏိုင္တယ္လို႔ ဆိုထားခဲ့ၿပီး အျခားေသာ နည္းပညာကုမၸဏီႀကီးအခ်ိဳ႕ကေတာ့ ဒီအရာကိုသိပ္ၿပီး သေဘာက်ၾကပုံမရပါဘူး။ 

Facebook တြင္အလုပ္လုပ္ကိုင္ေနသူမ်ားအေနျဖင့္ အေဝးမွအလုပ္လုပ္ရန္ ျဖစ္ႏိုင္ေသာ ရာထူးေနရာမ်ားအတြက္ အၿမဲတမ္း Remote Working ျပဳလုပ္ႏိုင္ရန္ေလွ်ာက္ထားႏိုင္ၿပီး ထိုအရာအား မန္ေနဂ်ာမ်ားမွတဆင့္ ျပန္လည္၍ခြင့္ျပဳေပးသြားမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ၿပီးခဲ့တဲ့ေမလကလည္း Mark Zukerberg ဟာ ကုမၸဏီရဲ႕ ၅၀% ေသာဝန္ထမ္းမ်ားဟာ လာမယ့္ ၅ႏွစ္မွ ၁၀ႏွစ္အတြင္း အေဝးမွသာအလုပ္လုပ္ၾကရေတာ့မည္ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း ခန႔္မွန္းခဲ့ပါေသးတယ္။ 

တစ္ခ်ိန္တည္းမွာပဲ Twitter ရဲ႕ Jack Dorsey ကလည္း သူ႔ရဲ႕ဝန္ထမ္းမ်ားအေနျဖင့္ “ယခုအခါတြင္ Work from Home အၿမဲတမ္းျပဳလုပ္ႏိုင္ၿပီျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း ေၾကျငာခဲ့ပါတယ္။ သို႔ေသာ္လည္း Microsoft ကေတာ့ ေအာက္တိုဘာလအတြင္းက်င္းပခဲ့တဲ့အစည္းအေဝးပြဲတစ္ခုတြင္ တစ္ကိုယ္ရည္ဘဝနဲ႔ အလုပ္ဘဝေနထိုင္မႈေရာေထြးလာျခင္းဟာ “သင္အလုပ္စားပြဲေပၚတြင္လာအိပ္ေနသကဲ့သို႔ ခံစားရပါတယ္” ဟူ၍ ေျပာဆိုခဲ့သလိုပဲ ၿပီးခဲ့တဲ့လအတြင္း Google မွလည္း ဝန္ထမ္းမ်ားကို႐ုံးျပန္တက္ေစဖို႔စီစဥ္ထားတဲ့အခ်ိန္ကို ေရွ႕သို႔တိုးျမႇင့္လိုက္ၿပီျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း ေၾကျငာခ်က္တစ္ရပ္ထုတ္ျပန္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။
