ေတာင္ထိပ္မွာရွိေနတဲ့သူေတြေတာင္ အဲ့ဒီေနရာကုိ မက်ပါဘူးတဲ့။

မိမိကုိယ္တုိင္စီမံခန္႔ခြဲျပီး ေရာင္းခ်ျခင္း ( Self-managed selling ) သည္ အေရာင္းကုိယ္စားလွယ္မ်ားအတြက္ ေကာင္းမြန္ျပီး စိတ္လႈပ္ရွားစရာေကာင္းေသာအနာဂတ္မ်ားကုိ ကူညီပံ့ပိုးႏုိင္ပါသည္။ ၄င္းသည္ ဆံုးျဖတ္ခ်က္ခ်ရာတြင္ ကုိယ္ပုိင္ဆံုးျဖတ္ခ်က္မ်ားကို ခိုင္ခိုင္မာမာခ်ႏုိင္စြမ္းရွိေအာင္ျပဳလုပ္ေပးပါသည္။ Self-Managed Selling ကုိ ႏွစ္သက္ျပီး ၄င္းနည္းလမ္းကုိအသံုးျပဳ၍ ေအာင္ျမင္ေအာင္ျပဳလုပ္ေနသူမ်ားသည္ ထိပ္တန္းစြမ္းရည္ရွိသူမ်ား၊ အရည္အေသြးျပည့္ဝသည့္ ေခါင္းေဆာင္မ်ားအျဖစ္ ေရာက္ရွိမည္ျဖစ္ျပီး ထိုသူမ်ားသည္အနာဂတ္တြင္ အံၾသဖြယ္ေကာင္း ေသာၾသဇာအာဏာမ်ားကုိ ပုိင္ဆုိင္သူမ်ားလည္း ျဖစ္နုိင္မည္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။

ေရာင္းခ်ျခင္း ( selling ) သည္ စိတ္လႈပ္ရွားဖြယ္ရင္ခုန္စရာေကာင္းျပီး စိန္ေခၚမႈမ်ားစြာရွိသည့္ ကၽြမ္းက်င္မႈဆုိင္ရာ ပညာရပ္တစ္ခုျဖစ္ပါသည္။ေအာင္ျမင္စြာေရာင္းခ်သည့္စံနစ္တြင္ ဝင္ေငြ(revenue), အျမတ္ ( profit) ႏွင့္ ေရာင္းအားေပၚမူတည္၍ေပးအပ္ေသာ အပိုေငြ ( Commission) တုိ႕ကုိ ေကာင္းသထက္ေကာင္းေအာင္ျပဳလုပ္ေပးသည့္ နည္းလမ္းမ်ာ၊ ဗ်ဴဟာမ်ားႏွင့္ အျဖစ္အပ်က္မ်ားပါဝင္ပါသည္။

ကံ၊ လံုလႏွင့္ဇြဲရွိျခင္းသည္ လူၾကီးမင္းအားေရာင္းခ်ရာတြင္ ေအာင္ျမင္မႈရရွိရန္အတြက္ကူညီေပးမည္မွာ မုခ်ဧကန္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။

ေရာင္းခ်ျခင္း ( Sales) သည္ ျပဳလုပ္ေနတဲ့အရာမ်ားကို ခိုင္မာေအာင္ျပဳလုပ္ေပးေသာ ( emotion-driven) ျဖစ္သည့္ ကၽြမ္းက်င္မႈဆုိင္ရာ ပညာရပ္တစ္ခုျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ၄င္းသည္ အဆက္မျပတ္ ဖုန္းေခၚျခင္း ( cold-calling), အဆံုးမရွိေသာ sales meeting မ်ားရွိျခင္း ႏွင့္ ဇြဲရွိရွိ follow လုိက္ျခင္း၊ ဆိုးဝါးေသာျငင္းပယ္ျခင္းတုိ႔ကုိ ရင္ဆုိင္ျခင္းတုိ႔လည္းျဖစ္ပါသည္။

ထုိကဲ့သို႔ေသာအခက္အခဲမ်ားရွိခဲ့ေသာ္ျငားလည္း၄င္းနည္းလမး္ကုိုအသံုးျပဳျပီးေရာင္းခ်သူမ်ားသည္မရွိမျဖစ္လုိအပ္ေသာစံႏႈန္းမ်ားကုိကုိင္ေဆာင္ကာ ဝင္ေငြမ်ားတုိးပြားေအာင္ျပဳလုပ္ႏုိင္သည့္အျပင္ ေကာက္မရွင္ရရွိမႈကုိပါမက ေဖာက္သည္မ်ားေက်နပ္သည္အထိပါ လုပ္ကုိင္ႏုိင္ၾကပါသည္။

ေရာင္းခ်မႈကုိ ကၽြမ္းက်င္သူမ်ားအမ်ားစုအတြက္ ဆုေပးျခင္းသည္ အသိအမွတ္ျပဳျခင္းကုိျပဳလုပ္ရာတြင္ အလြန္တရာေကာင္းမြန္ပါသည္။

အခ်ိန္မ်ားစြာ အေရာင္းကၽြမ္းက်င္မႈကို ထိန္းသိမ္းႏုိင္ျခင္းမွတ္တုိင္သည္ ယံုၾကည္ရေသာ မန္ေနဂ်ာတစ္ဦးထံမွ ရရွိေသာ အားေပးမႈခံရျခင္း၊ အကူအညီရျခင္း ( Encouragement ) ႏွင့္ လမ္းညႊန္မႈျဖစ္ပါသည္။

မ်ားစြာေသာ ဗ်ဴဟာစီမံခ်က္မ်ား၊ ေမွ်ာ္လင့္ခ်က္မ်ားႏွင့္ ခန္႔မွန္းခ်က္ကို အေရာင္းမန္ေနဂ်ာမ်ားမွ ျပဳလုပ္ေပးပါသည္။ သို႔ေသာ္ အေရာင္းမန္ေနဂ်ာရာထူးႏွင့္ေဝးကြာလာပါက တစ္ခ်ိဳ႕ကိစၥမ်ားတြင္ စိတ္ကူမ်ားသည္ မဆန္းသစ္ေတာ့ပါ။

ထုိ႔ေၾကာင့္ အေရာင္းမန္ေနဂ်ာမ်ားသည္သူတို႔၏ စိတ္ကူးစိတ္သန္းမ်ားကုိ ေကာင္းမြန္ဆန္းသစ္ေအာင္ျပဳလုပ္ရမည္ျဖစ္ျပီး ကိုယ္ပုိင္းစြမ္းရည္မ်ား၊ အဓိကက်သည့္ျပည့္ဝမႈမ်ားႏွင့္ စံႏႈန္းမ်ားကုိ ျမွင့္တင္ျပီး စိန္ေခၚမႈမ်ားးကုိေအာင္ျမင္ေအာင္လုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ တစ္ခါတစ္ရံ အေရာင္းကၽြမ္းက်င္သူမ်ားသည္ အေရာင္းကုိယ္စားလွယ္တာဝန္ကိုသာမက အေရာင္းမန္ေနဂ်ာရာထူးကုိပါ တာဝန္ယူၾကရပါသည္။
