COVID ေရာဂါအား တိုက္ဖ်က္ႏိုင္ရန္ AI ႏွင့္ မ်က္ႏွာသြင္ျပင္မွတ္သားမႈနည္းပညာမ်ားကို ေတာင္ကိုရီးယားမွ အသုံးျပဳသြားမည္

ေတာင္ကိုရီးယားႏိုင္ငံ၌ မၾကာမွီတြင္ AI, Facial Recognition နည္းပညာမ်ားႏွင့္ ေထာင္ေပါင္းမ်ားစြာေသာ CCTV ကင္မရာမ်ားကိုအသုံးျပဳ၍ coronavirus ကူးစက္ခံထားရသူမ်ား၏ သြားလာလႈပ္ရွားမႈမ်ားကို မွတ္တမ္းတင္၍ ေျခရာခံေစာင့္ၾကည့္ႏိုင္ေစမည့္ ပေရာဂ်က္တစ္ခုကို Privacy ကို ထိပါးမႈရွိလာႏိုင္တယ္လို႔ ေျပာၾကားမႈမ်ားအၾကားတြင္ပင္ စတင္စမ္းသပ္လွ်က္ရွိေနၿပီျဖစ္တယ္လို႔ သိရွိရပါတယ္။

အဆိုပါ ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္မွေထာက္ပံ့ကူညီေပးမည့္ project ကို Seoul ၿမိဳ႕ႏွင့္ ထိစပ္လွ်က္ရွိေသာ လူဦးေရအထူထပ္ဆုံးၿမိဳ႕တစ္ၿမိဳ႕ျဖစ္တဲ့ Bucheon တြင္ စတင္ျပဳလုပ္သြားမွာျဖစ္ၿပီး ဇန္နဝါရီလမွ စတင္၍ operation မ်ားကို စတင္ေဆာင္႐ြက္သြားမွာျဖစ္တယ္လို႔ ၿမိဳ႕ျပအရာရွိတစ္ဦးမွ Reuters သို႔ ေျပာၾကားခဲ့တယ္လို႔ သိရွိရပါတယ္။

အဆိုပါ စနစ္ဟာ AI algorithm မ်ားႏွင့္ Facial recognition technology ကို အသုံးျပဳ၍ CCTV ကင္မရာေပါင္း ၁၀,၈၂၀ ခုမွ စုစည္းရရွိလာတဲ့ ႐ိုက္ကူးမႈပုံရိပ္မ်ားကို တိုက္ဆိုင္စစ္ေဆးမႈျပဳလုပ္ၿပီး COVID ေရာဂါကူးစက္ခံထားရသူရဲ႕ လႈပ္ရွားမႈမ်ား၊ ၎တို႔နဲ႔ နီးကပ္စြာဆက္ဆံခဲ့သူမ်ားႏွင့္ ၎တို႔မွ Mask ကို ဝတ္ဆင္ထားျခင္းရွိ/မရွိ အစရွိသည့္အခ်က္မ်ားကို ေျခရာခံေစာင့္ၾကည့္ႏိုင္မွာျဖစ္တယ္လို႔ ၿမိဳ႕ေတာ္မွ သိပၸံႏွင့္ ICT ဝန္ႀကီးဌာနသို႔ ေပးပို႔ခဲ့တဲ့ စာမ်က္ႏွာ ၁၁၀ ပါ လုပ္ငန္းအစီအစဥ္တြင္ ေဖာ္ျပထားေၾကာင္း သိရွိရပါတယ္။
