စပိန္ႏိုင္ငံတြင္ influencer မ်ားမွ cryptocurrency မ်ားကို promote ျပဳလုပ္ေနျခင္းအား ဥပေဒမ်ားစတင္သတ္မွတ္လ်က္ရွိ 

စပိန္ႏိုင္ငံတြင္ social media influencer မ်ားႏွင့္ အျခားေသာသူမ်ားအေနနဲ႔ cryptocurrency ေငြေၾကးမ်ားကို ေၾကာ္ျငာမႈျပဳလုပ္ပုံမ်ားႏွင့္စပ္လ်င္း၍ စည္းမ်ဥ္းဥပေဒအသစ္မ်ားကို ထုတ္ျပန္လိုက္ၿပီျဖစ္တယ္လို႔ Reuters မွ သတင္းတစ္ပုဒ္အရ သိရွိရပါတယ္။ 

လာမယ့္ ေဖေဖာ္ဝါရီလမွစတင္၍ crypto ပိုင္ဆိုင္မႈမ်ားအတြက္ campaign မ်ားျပဳလုပ္ေရာင္းခ်ျခင္းမျပဳမွီ အနည္းဆုံး (၁၀) ရက္အလိုတြင္ Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) သို႔ ႀကိဳတင္အေၾကာင္းၾကားမႈျပဳလုပ္ေပးဖို႔ လိုအပ္ေတာ့မွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဒီဥပေဒကိုေတာ့ cryptocurrency မ်ားကို promote ျပဳလုပ္ရန္ အခေၾကးေငြရယူထားတဲ့ subscriber ေပါင္း ၁၀၀,၀၀၀ ႏွင့္ အထက္တြင္ရွိေသာ influencer တိုင္းမွ လိုက္နာသြားရမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ 

Reuters မွ ေရးသားထားတဲ့ အဆိုပါသတင္းအရ crypto ေငြေၾကးကို advertise ျပဳလုပ္သူမ်ားအေနနဲ႔ မၾကာမွီျပဳလုပ္သြားရန္ရွိသည့္ campaign မ်ားရဲ႕ content မ်ားကို CNMV သို႔တင္ျပသြားရမွာျဖစ္ၿပီး ၎တို႔ေရာင္းခ်ေနတဲ့အရာႏွင့္စပ္လ်င္း၍ ျဖစ္ေပၚလာႏိုင္ေသာ အက်ိဳးဆက္မ်ား၊ ဆိုးက်ိဳးမ်ားကို အသိေပးခ်က္မ်ားကိုလည္း မျဖစ္မေနထည့္သြင္းေဖာ္ျပသြားရေတာ့မွာျဖစ္တယ္လို႔ သိရပါတယ္။
