          ႀကိဳတင္ျပင္ဆင္မႈ အားေကာင္းသူေတြအတြက္ ေအာင္ျမင္စြာေက်ာ္ျဖတ္ႏိုင္မယ့္ ေနာက္ဆံုးေမးခြန္း ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ကိုယ္လုပ္မယ့္ အလုပ္ကို တကယ္စိတ္ပါဝင္စားခဲ့ရင္ ေမးစရာေမးခြန္းဆိုတာ ရွိေနစၿမဲပါ။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ ေမးလိုတဲ့ မရွင္းတဲ့ ေမးခြန္းေပါင္မ်ားစြာက အင္တာဗ်ဴးဝင္သူတိုင္းမွာ ရွိေနတတ္ပါတယ္။ ဘယ္အေၾကာင္းအရာ ဘယ္ေမးခြန္းကို အရင္စေမးမလဲ ဆိုတာက အေရးႀကီးပါတယ္။

          အရင္ဆံုး အေရးတႀကီး သိဖို႔လုိအပ္တာေတြကို အစဥ္လိုက္ ခ်ေရးပါ။ တစ္ခ်ိဳ႕ေမးခြန္းက အေျဖမ်ားစြာကို တစ္ခါတည္း ရႏိုင္ပါတယ္။ ဥပမာ- ကုမၸဏီရဲ႕ ရည္မွန္းခ်က္ကို သိခြင့္ရရင္ ထုတ္ကုန္ပစၥည္းေတြရဲ႕ ေဈးကြက္အေျခအေနကိုပါ တစ္ပါတည္း သိခြင့္ ရႏိုင္ပါတယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ အေရးႀကီးဆံုးကေန အရင္စေမးဖို႔ အႀကံေပးပါရေစ။
