          ဒီလို ေမးခြန္းမ်ိဳးကို ေသြးတိုးစမ္းတဲ့ ေမးခြန္းလို႔ ေခၚပါတယ္။ ဘယ္အလုပ္ရွင္မဆို ကိုယ္ခန္႔လိုက္တဲ့ အလုပ္သမားကို လုပ္ငန္းနဲ႔ ျမန္ျမန္ဆန္ဆန္ အံဝင္ဂြင္က်တာကို လုိခ်င္ၾကမွာပါ။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ အလုပ္ေခၚတဲ့အခါ အေတြ႕အႀကံဳရွိသူေတြကို ဦးစားေပးေခၚယူေလ့ရွိ ၾကပါတယ္။ လုပ္ငန္း အေတြ႕အႀကံဳ မရွိေသးသူ၊ အားနည္းသူေတြအေနနဲ႔လည္း ဒီလိုေမးခြန္းမ်ိဳးနဲ႔ ႀကံဳလာတဲ့အခါ စိတ္ပ်က္ အားငယ္စရာ မလိုပဲ လုပ္ငန္းရွင္ အႀကိဳက္ အေကာင္းဆံုး အေျဖကို ေျဖတတ္ဖို႔ လိုပါတယ္။ ဘယ္လိုအေျဖလဲဆိုေတာ့ -

          "လူတိုင္းက လုပ္ငန္းသေဘာ၊ သဘာဝေတြကို သင္ယူတတ္ေျမာက္ၾကရတာပါ။ အေတြ႕အႀကံဳထက္ အရည္အခ်င္းက အေလးသာပါတယ္။ အေတြ႕အႀကံဳေကာင္းေတြရၿပီး ေဝဖန္ပိုင္းျခားသံုးသပ္ႏိုင္တဲ့ အရည္အခ်င္းမရွိရင္ သိတာက သိတာပဲ ျဖစ္ေနမွာပါ။ သိထားတဲ့ အသိကို ရွိေအာင္လုပ္တဲ့ေနရာမွာ စြမ္းေဆာင္ရည္နဲ႔ အရည္အေသြးက အေရးႀကီးပါတယ္။"
