           ဒီေမးခြန္းကို ေျဖရေတာ့မယ္ဆိုရင္ စကားႀကီး စကားက်ယ္ မေျပာမိဖို႔ သတိျပဳ ဆင္ျခင္ရပါမယ္။ လုပ္ငန္းခြင္မွာ ဝန္ထမ္းတစ္ေယာက္ က်င့္သံုးရမယ့္ အေျခခံ အခ်က္ေတြကို စနစ္တက် ေရြးခ်ယ္ ေျပာဆိုတတ္ဖို႔လိုပါတယ္။

          ဒါေၾကာင့္ အလုပ္ဆိုတာ ဘဝျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း၊ အလုပ္မရွိရင္ ဘဝအဓိပၸါယ္မရွိေၾကာင္း၊ လူမွန္ရင္ အလုပ္ လုပ္သင့္ေၾကာင္း အစရွိတဲ့ အေတြးအေခၚအယူအဆေတြကို ေဘးဖယ္ၿပီး ဝန္ထမ္းတစ္ေယာက္အတြက္ အဓိက အေျခခံ က်င့္ဝတ္ေတြျဖစ္တဲ့ စည္းကမ္းလိုက္နာျခင္း၊ အလုပ္တာဝန္ေက်ပြန္ျခင္း၊ အသင္းအဖြဲ႕ႏွင့္ လုပ္ေဆာင္တတ္ျခင္း၊ အားသြန္ခြန္စိုက္လုပ္ကိုင္ျခင္း စတဲ့ လုပ္ငန္းခြင္ေအာင္ျမင္မႈ အေျခခံ အေၾကာင္းတရားေတြကို ဦးစားေပး ေျဖဆိုသင့္ပါတယ္။ ဒီလိုေျဖဆိုတဲ့ေနရာမွာလည္း ကိုယ့္အယူအဆကို ဒီအေျခခံအခ်က္ေတြေပၚမွာ ေပါင္းစပ္ေျဖဆိုမွသာ ကိုယ္ပိုင္အေတြးအေခၚအယူအဆရွိတဲ့ အေျဖတစ္ခု ျဖစ္လာမယ္ဆိုတာ သိထားဖို႔လုိပါမယ္။
