မိခင္ကုမၸဏီမွ TikTok တြင္တာဝန္ထမ္းေဆာင္ရန္ CEO အသစ္တစ္ဦး ေရာက္ရွိလာ 

TikTok တြင္ တာဝန္ထမ္းေဆာင္မည့္ Chief Executive Officer (CEO) အသစ္အား ဧၿပီလ ၃၀ ရက္ေန႔တြင္ ကုမၸဏီမွေၾကျငာခဲ့ပါတယ္။ TikTok ရဲ႕ CEO အသစ္ျဖစ္လာမည့္ Shouzi Chew ဟာ လက္ရွိတြင္ TikTok ရဲ႕ မိခင္ကုမၸဏီျဖစ္တဲ့ ByteDance တြင္ Chief Financial Officer အျဖစ္ တာဝန္ထမ္းေဆာင္လွ်က္ရွိေနသူတစ္ဦးျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ 

Shouzi Chew အေနနဲ႔ ယခုအခါ အျပည္ျပည္ဆိုင္ရာ ေအာ္ပေရးရွင္းမ်ားကို Interim Head Vanessa Pappas ထံမွ လက္လႊဲေျပာင္းရယူမွာျဖစ္ၿပီး သူမကေတာ့ COO ရာထူးသို႔ေျပာင္းေ႐ႊ႕၍ TikTok တြင္ ဆက္လက္တာဝန္ထမ္းေဆာင္သြားမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ Chew ဟာ ByteDance တြင္လက္ရွိရာထူးျဖင့္ ဝင္ေရာက္လုပ္ကိုင္ျခင္းမျပဳမွီကလည္း တ႐ုတ္ဖုန္းထုတ္လုပ္သူ ကုမၸဏီတစ္ခုျဖစ္တဲ့ Xiaomi တြင္ CFO ႏွင့္ International President အျဖစ္ ၆ ႏွစ္ခန႔္ တာဝန္ထမ္းေဆာင္ခဲ့ပါေသးတယ္။ 

ByteDance ရဲ႕ CEO ျဖစ္သူ Yiming Zhang ကေတာ့ “Shou နဲ႔ Vanessa တို႔ရဲ႕ leadership team ဟာ sustained growth ကိုျဖစ္ေပၚလာေစဖို႔အတြက္ အခရာက်ပါတယ္” ဟူ၍ ရွင္းလင္းပြဲတစ္ခုတြင္ ေျပာဆိုခဲ့ပါတယ္။ “Shou ထံတြင္ ကုမၸဏီနဲ႔ လုပ္ငန္း Industry အေၾကာင္း နက္နဲစြာသိရွိထားတဲ့ အသိပညာရွိၿပီး ကြၽႏ္ုပ္တို႔ရဲ႕ အေစာပိုင္းရင္းႏွီးျမႇဳပ္ႏွံမႈမ်ားတြင္ ဦးေဆာင္ခဲ့ဖူးသူလည္းျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ေနာက္ၿပီးသူဟာ နည္းပညာနယ္ပယ္အတြင္းတြင္ ဆယ္စုႏွစ္တစ္ခုခန႔္ အလုပ္လုပ္ကိုင္ဖူးခဲ့သူလည္းျဖစ္ေနပါတယ္။ ဒီအတြက္ Corporate Governance နဲ႔ ကာလရွည္ လုပ္ငန္းစီမံကိန္းမ်ားတြင္ အာ႐ုံစိုက္လုပ္ကိုင္ေစႏိုင္ဖို႔ရာတြင္ သူဟာ အဖြဲ႕ကို ေကာင္းစြာထိန္းေက်ာင္းေပးႏိုင္မွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။” ဟူ၍လည္း ထပ္ေလာင္းေျပာၾကားခဲ့ပါတယ္။
