Huawei ထံသို႔ သူတို႔ရဲ႕ product မ်ားကို ျပန္လည္ေရာင္းခ်ႏိုင္ရန္လိုင္စင္ကို TSMC က ျပန္လည္ရရွိခဲ့ ေသာ္လည္း လိုင္စင္မရွိသည္ႏွင့္အလားတူသာျဖစ္ေန

Huawei ကို လက္ရွိအေမရိကန္အစိုးရရဲ႕ blacklist စာရင္းထဲထည့္သြင္းလိုက္မႈေၾကာင့္ Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) ကဲ့သို႔ေသာ ကုမၸဏီမ်ားထံမွ တင္ပို႔မႈမ်ားကို ရရွိႏိုင္ျခင္းမရွိေတာ့တဲ့အတြက္ Kirin စီးရီးမ်ားကဲ့သို႔ေသာ OEM ရဲ႕ custom-designed SoC မ်ားကို သူတို႔ရဲ႕ mobile device မ်ားအတြက္ မွာယူ၍ရႏိုင္ေတာ့မွာ မဟုတ္ပါဘူး။ 

TSMC အေနနဲ႔လည္း ဒီမွာယူမႈမ်ားကို ျဖည့္ဆည္းေပးႏိုင္ျခင္းမရွိေတာ့တဲ့အတြက္ေၾကာင့္ ဒီတ႐ုတ္လွ်ပ္စစ္ပစၥည္းထုတ္လုပ္သူကုမၸဏီႀကီးဟာ chipset ရွားပါးမႈျပႆနာနဲ႔ ရင္ဆိုင္ေနရၿပီပဲျဖစ္ပါေတာ့တယ္။ Huawei ရဲ႕ အျမင့္ပိုင္းဖုန္းမ်ားဟာ ဒီ chipset ရွားပါးမႈျပႆနာကို အမ်ားဆုံးခံစားရမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဘာလို႔လဲဆိုေတာ့ သူတို႔ရဲ႕ ထြက္ရွိလာေတာ့မယ့္ Mate 40 phablet မ်ားနဲ႔ Mate X2 premium foldable device မ်ားဟာ ေနာက္ဆုံးေပၚ Kirin 9000 processor မ်ားကို အသုံးျပဳထားရတာျဖစ္လို႔ပါပဲ။ 

Sina.com ရဲ႕ သတင္းမ်ားအရေတာ့ TSMC ဟာ Huawei ရဲ႕ အမွာစာမ်ားကို ျပန္လည္လက္ခံ ႏိုင္ဖို႔အတြက္ လိုင္စင္ကို ျပန္လည္ရရွိခဲ့ၿပီျဖစ္တယ္လို႔ သိရွိရပါတယ္။ သို႔ေသာ္လည္း ထိုသို႔အမွာစာမ်ားကို လက္ခံေရာင္းခ်ရာတြင္ TSMC အေနနဲ႔ သူတို႔ရဲ႕ 28 nm နဲ႔ ထိုထက္ပိုမိုေစာစြာထြက္ရွိခဲ့တဲ့ processor မ်ားကိုသာ ေရာင္းခ်ခြင့္ရရွိမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ 28 nm processor မ်ားဟာ ယေန႔ေခတ္အတြက္တြင္ေတာ့ Tegra K1 ကဲ့သို႔ေသာ ထုတ္ကုန္မ်ားတြင္သာ အသုံးျပဳႏိုင္တဲ့အတြက္ အေတာ္အတန္ ေခတ္ေနာက္က်ေနၿပီျဖစ္တဲ့ processor မ်ားျဖစ္တဲ့အတြက္ ဒီသတင္းသာ အမွန္ျဖစ္ခဲ့မယ္ဆိုပါက TSMC အေနနဲ႔ေရာ Huawei အေနနဲ႔ပါ သူတို႔အေနနဲ႔ အေမရိကန္အစိုးရကေပးအပ္လာတဲ့ဒီအခြင့္အေရးကို လက္ခံလိုက္ရင္ေတာင္မွ ဘာမွ ေျပာင္းလဲမႈရွိမွာမဟုတ္တဲ့အတြက္ လက္ခံသြားၾကမွာမဟုတ္ေလာက္ပါဘူး။
