• Tendering • Take off quantities and prepare costing & budget for projects. • Sourcing for sub-contractors and suppliers • Control budget with procurement • Preparation and submission of variation Orders • Reviewing Interior Fit-Out Construction Drawings • Assist Director in material Selection, Quality & Price negotiations.
