We are a consulting company located in the heart of Yangon, a major business city of Myanmar.

Job description
• Coordinate, communicate and attend the meeting with the client.
• Produce improvement initiatives both internally and with clients.
• Respond immediately to equipment or system breakdowns and diagnosing breakdown problems
• Carry out either preventive or emergency maintenance for the cellular tower sites
• Ensure onsite safety of all employees/contractors.
• Identify and execute the processes required to optimize in energy cost, manage the site stability by taking corrective actions for failing Sites, replacement of faulty Equipment, replenished of required infra Equipment.
• Provide uninterrupted infra services to Operators in Cluster by ensuring Optimum Utilisation of Resources on 24*7 making sure that Infra Uptime is 99%
• Furnishing and Compiling of Daily and Monthly Energy Consumption Report and co-ordinate of Technician for Proper PM and faster resolution of passive infra issues.
• Carrying out the Preventive & breakdown Maintenance (PM) schedules for improving overall Reliability and Safety of Utility of all infra Equipment, as per standard process & AMC.
• Review and analyses the repeat failure cases and take immediate corrective and preventive actions to avoid any repeat failure
• Coordinate with SCM and Finance for AMC, Vendor payment, access issue and replacement procurement.
• Planning & Cost control and ensure that the Operation is running on Schedule and within the Budget.
• Designing and updating all needed processes and procedures
• Handling the training and development needs of new hires and existing staff
• Responsible for negotiate maintenance contracts and manage the selected contractors to achieve the program.
Assistant Operations Manager (O & M)

Desired Skills and Expertise
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related field.
• At least 5 years of Management experiences in Operation and Maintenance of the BTS sites
• Good problem solving, decision making, practical and technical skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Good computer skills (MS word, Excel, Power point, Outlook
• Independent and individual abilities, works well under pressure.
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations.
• Solution orientated used in Fast track environments
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form; Ability to work and to deal with different cultures.
• Understanding of the process, equipment and instrument of the power and transmission systems of BTS sites.
