• Develop a schedule to assess training needs.

• Must be teaching medicine knowledge, beauty knowledge, consumer knowledge and customer service
• Able to train to achieve skill about medicines for the trainee
• Must be able to travel

• Ability to adapt to the facilitative and flipped classroom training approach
• Working experience in the training field preferably from a retail company
• Must be able to check training exams for all staff
• Monthly report to HOD and management for progression training
