Job description
1) Position Summary
• Purpose of the job/why the job exist in the Organization
• This position is responsible for develop and execute the business strategy and action plan to achieve sales performance/ target, retain and win new project, including develop customer relationship management program.

2) Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning and executing the overall sales activities in YIG, in order to achieve the sales and profit objectives
• Lead the interface between the transactional sales team and the Business Unit in mother company to secure appropriate support of sales and marketing activities in YIG
• Lead all market transparency activities included CRM, sales opportunities qualification and forecast, as well as the alignment of channels to market to support the corporate strategy.
• Lead all market intelligence activities including market and customer segmentation, competitive assessment, market pricing.

Desired Skills and Expertise
• Engineering background (MBA is preferred)
• 5+ year progressive sales and marketing experience in the Power, and Gas sector would be advantageous.
• Having experience in leading cross-functional and cross-product line initiatives with a global matrix organization
• Be able to communicate in English (reading, writing, listening and communication)
• Be able to work in Yangon, Myanmar
• Burmese nationality is a must
