အလုပ္ေဖာ္ၿပခ်က္

• Preparing day to day bank / cash vouchers, cheques, obtaining approval for those and withdrawing and depositing cash to/from bank
• Recording Cashbook in excel for all income and expenses
• Maintaining the petty cash in office
• Recording fixed assets and inventory list and ensure they are updated
• Recording and keeping letters and reports files
• Preparing Monthly Bank reconciliation statements
• Reporting Daily and Monthly CB report and Cash denomination count to Accountant
• Obtaining the registered students list from Program officers (POs) and keeping trace of the payment of students and follow up with POs for the students’ outstanding amount
• Ensuring effective administrative arrangement of workshops and meeting (arranging venue, invitations and hotel bookings)
• Collecting all incoming mail, calls and dispatches them to the person concerned
• Performing logistic arrangement for all office supplies, stationary, kitchen supplies and etc
• Coordinating trip and travel arrangement; ticket, accommodations and etc.
• Following up monthly charges of phone bill, internet bill, meter bill and settle the payment
• Taking minutes of staff meetings
• Other tasks assigned by the direct supervisors

• Relevant Bachelor degree
• Have strong skill in MS (Excel and Word)
• Experience in admin & Cashier position would be desirable
• Ability to establish priorities in a time-sensitive environment and meet deadline with strong attention to consistency, detail and quality
