Tah Moe Hnye is located in the north of Shan State, Myanmar, border of Myanmar and China. During 1960s and 1970s, Myanmar was seething with political unrest, and several armed forces were politically independent from each other. For the safety of the local people and property, under the authority of Myanmar government, Tah Moe Hnye armed force was established for supporting of the government and benefit local people in 1972, to against external invasion and protect homeland. Company name has been changed from Tah Moe Hnye Chan Thar Commerce Co.,Ltd to Tah Moe Hnye Group Investment & Development Co., Ltd. Since its inception, Tah Moe Hnye Group Investment & Development Co., Ltd has established good business relations with partners from various fields with China Mainland, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea and other countries. Its business network covers throughout the country including power, energy, petroleum, telecommunication, wood, minerals, real estate, hotel, industry and tourism.
