Job description
• Achieve Sales and Distribution targets every month
• Ensure flawless execution of in store activities to sustain visibility of products and achieve SOS as per target
• Maintain and update the quality of POP in the assigned stores
• Maintain monthly reports & information as required by the company. Compiling facts and figures according to established format/procedures as required.
• Reporting competitive activity, schemes & related developments from the market
• Assign & schedule work to merchandiser/DSR
• Monitor team performance and provide support/solution when needed
• Maintain team capabilities of merchandiser toward appropriate training
• Ensure the quality of communication on trade promotions are cascaded to team
• Ensure a well-established relationship with business partners in general
• Proactively understanding the customer’s needs and developing business solutions to meet Colgate and customer requirements
