• Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
• Plan and manage our social media platforms.
• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
• Coordinate with advertising and media experts, Agency or partners to improve marketing results.
• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
• Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
• Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
• Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.

Additional
• Supports Director of Marketing in management of annual and long-range digital brand strategy
• Manage the brand’s digital platforms, specifically the website, ecommerce, performance marketing, and email marketing.
• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
• Create and manage briefs relating to Digital projects supporting the above
• Partner with the Director of Marketing to execute strategies to increase ecommerce conversion rate and drive online revenue
• Provide support in preparation of monthly reports analyzing the performance of the brand’s website and ecommerce.

လိုခ်င္ေသာကၽြမ္းက်င္မွဳမ်ား

• 3-5+ years’ experience in digital marketing with Telecom/Handset Industry
• Bachelor Degree in marketing, business or related field
• Experience managing SEO, SEM, Social Media, Ecommerce, Mobile, Website development, and Email marketing
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices, SEO, and SEM
• Organized, detail-oriented, self-directed team player with a positive attitude
• Strong understanding of Google analytics, AdWords, and Facebook Business Manager.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience is required.
• Understanding and Speaking of English language is must.
