Job description

• Work independently in client facing situations as well as part of larger project teams in the design, development and implementation of new and improved business processes and enabling technology.
• Develop and maintain key client relationships with key accounts in the local territory through professional and personal networks, market leading forums,
iconic point of view activities, and thought leadership to build new business or deepen existing engagements.
• Interacts with senior management levels at a client and/or within the firm, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.
• Identify, build, and maintain the requisite capabilities/team needed to achieve the local market opportunities identified in the yearly strategic plan for technical
consulting team.
• Provide day to day leadership, direction, and communications to all local technical consulting staff while delivering on key consulting kpi's including but not
limited to: target utilization, average day rate, CS cost budget, headcount budget, learning & development etc.
• Manage and lead technical consulting team members across multiple sites
• Educate and inform teams and clients on the merits of analysis and measurement
• Ability to navigate organization and remove blockers by collaborating with partner teams.
• Ensure high quality standards with great attention to detail.
• Be an expert in the field of business data analysis and system development
• Manage and monitor timelines for major projects and cross-functional initiatives as well as ensure smooth execution of day to day tasks
• Effectively communicate projects and priorities to both partners and clients.
• Deliver projects on time that include all required specs (including proper tracking).
• Stay on top of latest trends within the technical industry as well as ensure we adopt as team and company to stay cutting edge.
• Responsible for collaborating with the business and system analyst to develop business requirements and translating requirements into a technical solution
• Responsible for identifying and communicating design and scope issues to the stakeholders
• Establish and maintain relationships to ensure efficient and effective use of departmental and company resources
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for making client proposals and setting up project objectives for the prospective projects.
• Deploy a consistent operational framework (e.g. meetings, policies, procedures, coaching frameworks) and reporting construct in the technical consulting team
based on a single "flight deck" of metrics to assess progress and performance of the team against plan.

Knowledges and Experiences
• Solid experience in technology for > 5 years of experience (total experience) and at least 2 years of professional experience with consulting firm or IT vendors
solution/design/implementation and proven experience in designing business blueprint functional solution (especially in financial/banking industry, public sector,
Telco, Supply Chain, etc).
• Have the ability to identify, anticipates and resolves technical issues with the context of client’s situation.
• Experience in data analytic and system development.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Well experience in doing multi-disciplinary design involving channels, people, process, policy, compliance/controls and technology for end-to-end project delivery.
• Ability to analyze and resolve a problem at tactical, functional, and strategic levels.
• Effective communicator, collaborator, leader, project manager and problem solver.
• Proven understanding and track record of modern Business Intelligence Tools and System Development
• Understanding of data modeling techniques
• Experience working with relational databases
• Experience working with system development technologies and technical languages E.g. C#, VB, JAVA
• Executive presence with ability to present technical information clearly across a variety of stakeholders
• Proven ability to juggle multiple complex priorities within a changing environment
• Proven ability to be innovative and resourceful in problem resolution
• Experience leading small team of onshore and offshore developers and providing mentorship is required
• Experience working in an agile environment is required
• Strong project management skills with at least 5 onsite client experience driving key activities like requirements gathering, driving solution workshops and business
blueprinting.
• Experience in managing delivery of multi-functional Mobile/Enterprise Architecture/Cloud/Digital strategy program to C-Suite and business units leaders
and translating the resulting recommendations into successful design, roadmaps and execution programs.
• Hold relevant functional certification on Enterprise Architecture, ERP, PMP, CRM system with digital project experience would be an added advantage.
• Familiar with e-Commerce and Omni channels technologies/products.
• Familiar with specific business process or technology solution for finance and ERP are added advantage

Education
