Job description

We are looking for a HR / Admin Assistant to join the HR and MD office of our e-commerce business.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in a similar role or employment history.

POSITION PURPOSE

• Minimum of 2 years experience in human resource management and recruitment
• Schedule interviews and ensuring that the appropriate background check
• Proficient user of Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
• Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
• Arrange travel and accommodations
• Maintain and update company databases
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
• Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
• Able to work under minimal supervision and tight timeline

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Manage the daily administrative and HR duties
• Organise and manage new employee on-boarding, and training programs
• Document control and status reports for MD

Desired Skills and Expertise

• At least Degree Holder, preferably in HR related Degree
• Excellent Presentation Skills
