Job description
• Manage the staff within the Admin Department, with emphasis on discipline, accuracy
• and quality of work
• License with other government organizations for smooth operations of Company business
• Arrange the Transportation matters
• To carry out any other duty and responsibilities as may be reasonable expected of an Admin Manager position
• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems
• Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of operation within the factory to facilitate other business operations
• Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
• Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations and leaves)
• Payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
• Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
• Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
• Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars
• Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming Resumes
• Manage the department’s telephone center and address queries accordingly
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
• Support to other department , other operation etc.
• Provide orientations for new employees by sharing on-boarding packages and explaining company policies

Desired Skills and Expertise
• Diploma or Certificate in HR Management
• Minimum 4 years working experience in HR & Admin field
• Knowledge of Myanmar labor law
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Teamwork ,Communication skills & Flexible
• High motivation, negotiation and can work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Overall Responsibilities

• Management in Related Area and expenses
• Supervise in all of Admin concerned area
• Action of the Rules & Regulations Company
• Controlling of the expense for Admin

Language skills
