Job description
• Assist to Senior to be done daily attendance process
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Answering employee question
• Processing incoming mail
• Creating and distributing documents
• Providing customer service to organization employees
• Assist HR supervisors with the hiring process, including submitting job postings online and scheduling candidate interviews
• Perform other responsibilities when required
• Maintaining Attendance and Leave.

Desired Skills and Expertise
• Age between(20-25)years
• Any Bachelor Degree(Prefer HR Certificate / Diploma holder)
• 2 years of experience as an HR assistant or relevant human resources/ administrative position
• Basic knowledge of labor law and employment equity regulations
• Fast computer typing skills(MS Office, in particular)
• Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner
• Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations and meetings.
