.Myanmar Fiber Optic Communication Network Co., Ltd (MFOCN) is a foreign (Singapore) invested subsidiary of HyalRoute Communication Group Limited (“HyalRoute”) , established on May 22, 2012. Our basic business scope includes investment, operation and maintenance of telecom network infrastructure. Mainly provide physical telecom network infrastructure such as backbone network, metro network and fiber route of access network, as well as related carrier like city underground duct and hub sites etc. for telecom main operators in local Myanmar, internet access service supplier and pay TV operator etc. to develop telecom operation, internet access service and digital TV etc. business. MFOCN planned to construct 32,000km fiber communication network within 10 years in Myanmar nationwide and undertake long term maintenance work of fiber communication.

MFOCN has been awarded the Network Facilities Service (Class) License and MIC permit to build and operate nationwide communication infrastructure in Myanmar. Besides, MFOCN is the first foreign company conducting communication infrastructure business in Myanmar and our mission is to provide state-of-art network that reaches every corner of the country so that all regions/states have equal opportunities to access connectivity, including low population concentration areas.
