Responsibilities
• You will be successfully drive full spectrum of HR & Admin functions which includes hiring, conducting on-boarding, off-boarding administration, performance appraisals, talent management, as a platform for further influencing and enabling of broader people strategy work throughout the organization.
• Support in the review, development and implementation of HR policies and plans for various industries across the board, to ensure that the process and programs are effective and aligned to organization goals.
• You will need to deeply understand the business and its plan to engage with the leaders and employees to help shape the organization most effective culture.
• In charge of manpower planning and budgets
• You will also proactively identify challenges and build effective, scalable and lasting solution.
• You will need to build your team by coach, and guide other admin staff in your team, file and attend small claims Tribunals, as necessary.
• Ensure monthly submission of leave balance record, including maternity leave, medical leave, annual leave, etc and other HR related report as requested by BOD.
• Manage payments to vendors for monthly subscription, direct monthly charges, expenses and report to accountant/financial controller.
• Handle mandatory surveys and statistics as requested by relevant authorities.
• Ensure the filings are up to date and complete
• Ensure the group HR policies and procedures are followed up and support Head Office.



Desired Skills and Expertise
Qualification
1. Diploma/Degree
2. At least 8 years of experience in HR function (including not limited to people management experience of 5+ years with demonstrated cross-group leadership)
3. Proficient in MS office, Excels.
4. Abilities to influence across multiple organizations, creating effective internal business partnerships.
5. Abilities to independently lead teams and execute on functional responsibilities.
6. Abilities to effectively manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines.
7. Strong conceptual understanding and ability to articulate application of HR principles
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English/Myanmar
9. Willing to travel if necessary.


Language skills Myanmar (Excellent/ Native speaker)
