Job description
• Provide fast and efficient IT support to employees
• Provide IT support on-site, telephone and online supports to offices and stores
• Keep IT related documents as ITM standards, Asset Management
• Coordinate and update with local IT team
• Keep records of issue resolutions for: printers, UPS’s, networks and end users.
• Able to work in non-business hours and weekends, Shift and on-call work may be required.
• Prepare new workstations, printers, UPS’s and communications devices including POS system setup, maintenance, server maintenance and network administration
• Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
• Repairing equipment and replacing parts laptops, desktops, POS machines, printers, projectors
• Obtaining replacement or specialist components, fixtures or fittings
• Checking computer equipment for electrical safety
• Maintaining records of software licenses
• Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies
• Make sure all works are following all company policies and standards (IT, Finance and Accounting, HR, Procurement, Compliance, etc.).
• Provide technical issue resolution for: printers, UPS’s, networks and end users
• Conduct training to users as necessary

Desired Skills and Expertise
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or IT
• At least 2 years of experience in IT or any other IT related field
• Demonstrate a good knowledge of IT technical overall, especially Microsoft Technologies.
• Love to work hard and love to actively learning new things
• Love to do IT job both technical and non-technical and love to support people
• Must be pro-active, self-motivated and possess a “can-do” attitude
• Ability and track record of success leading and supervising a team
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Burmese
• Ability to manage time effectively a must
