In 2002, Mandalay Shweyi Company Limited was incorporated as an Alcoholic Beverages manufacturing company starting with two distilleries one in Mandalay and another in Yangon, Myanmar.

In 2003, the company started Buckwheat manufacturing business in collaboration with Japanese organizations and produced Buckwheat Shochu in 2004 and Buckwheat Noodle in 2005.

In 2006, the company started Honey Business In Myanmar. In 2007, the company started Honey Export to Japan. Afterward, started export to Thailand, Vietnam, China & United States. The Company got the first US FDA approval for export Myanmar honey to US market in 2012.

In order to operate the businesses internationally, the company has founded new incorporated companies in 2008 as Waaneiza Worldwide Corporate Companies. Under the Corporate, Waaneiza Worldwide (Singapore) Private Limited is the operating Company in Singapore market starting operation in 2008.

In 2012, the corporate has incorporated Myanmar Honey Farms Company Limited and Waaneiza Worldwide Agriculture Company Limited as new two regenerating manufacturing companies in Myanmar. The objective is to make more specific focus on manufacturing business.

In 2015, the Corporate strategically started Nationwide Marketing, Sourcing & Distribution Scheme In Myanmar. The mission is to make sourcing the most valued products from Myanmar and to supply international market and the most valued products from international suppliers and to dstribute in Myanmar Market. The scheme is planned to established 27 Strategic Commercial Companies within 2019 at strategic location in the entire country of Myanmar.

In 2016, the Corporate strategically prepared to begin Engineering Services, Education Services and Business Systems Development Services to serve the Corporate’s stakeholders in the near future. Intention is to make digital ecosystem amongst the stakeholders.

In 2018, the Corporate has incorporated Strategic Commerce United States Company Inc. in California, United States of America to operate in US market in connecting with Myanmar and Singapore markets.

Now In 2018, the Corporate has started Digital Transformation in intensive means to enjoy digital advantages in operating business processes, making relationship with stakeholders, collecting information from micro and macro environments & sharing value amongst the stakeholders.
