Job description
• Realize site inspection and project specification and drawing analysis.
• Prepare a work breakdown structure from a tender estimate.
• Prepare monitor and update as necessary the project P6 Primavera program in line with the main contractors program.
• Proposal Submission and Participation in Contract Negotiation
• Prepare outline programs for submissions with tenders.
• Revise programs to show impacts of variations on the schedule.
• Monitor all site works including civil ,issue advance notice of all impending critical works and delays that may impact on critical milestones.
• Liaise with the Project Manager for preparation of weekly and monthly site reports.
• Prepare programs on other projects as required by the Project Manager.

Desired Skills and Expertise
• Educational Background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Good knowledge of MEP systems.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a MEP Planning engineer.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and written.
• Computer literacy especially Primavera , MS office, MS Project, , Projects 2000.
• Negotiation Skills and good interpersonal skills.
