We have been providing Building Engineering Services for various construction projects in Myanmar.Working Together , Encouraging Difference

Job description

(1) prepare maintenance plan and Schedule .
(2) prepare maintenance summary report
(3) Follow up health and safety standard and complies with building .
(4) complain maintenance record .
(5) Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Skills and Expertise

(1) A graduate wit either a degree in electrical or mechanical engineering .
(2) At Least 3 year above experience of maintenance and must have good working skill o using Auto CAD.
(3) Must have knowledge on basic electrical , Plumbing and Sanitary calculation .
(4) Must have knowledge on Myanmar fire wad and able to estimate on electrical and P &S Cost .

Language skills English (Intermediate)
