Job description
Achieve sales target within budget – and customer service performance
• Be in charge and be the representative of the brand
• Be responsible for the marketing of all point of sales, OS & CORP channel
• Manage the business: Sales (CORP & E-commerce), Marketing
• Be the link between Yves Rocher staffs and office staffs/management
• Prepare training materials (Translate and make document) on overall topics for YR & FLOMAR brand, products (good in English)
Manage the marketing of Points Of Sales (POS: shop/counter), wholesales – OS channel to achieve targets, especially sales.
Manage Corporate & E-commerce channel
Secure good and smooth communication between staffs and the Head office.
Ensure Staffs to SMILE & BE CUSTOMER FOCUS & PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE
Be the representative of the brand
Plan all marketing activities and secure to run on time within guideline and budget
Plan, translate, implement & manage FB pages of Yves Rocher and Flomar
Supervise all operation to make events, brand activities, outdoor sales…
Collect customers’ feedback and competitors’ activities to inform country manager.
Secure all point of sales aspects are following guidelines and policies
Send SMS to customers informing about promotion
Achieve sales target of Corporate and E-commerce – and customer service performance
Networking to find new customers retail, companies, and offices for outdoor sales (pushing sales staffs with phoning, contact companies for big purchase…)
Prepare training materials (Translate and make document) on overall topics for YR & FLOMAR brand, products (excellent in English).
Training new Product session, Sessions in the training department … (basic knowledge, skin care, skin machine, products, spa service, grooming guidelines, ...
Ensure stores to optimize operational performance (secure Staff knowledge)
Ensure policy is implemented properly, animations in shops, VM display, …
Identify potential locations
Follow up new projects (new openings, renovations, transfers, quotations,) until opening.
