Job description
• Working in conjunction with Senior Mechanical Engineer to be responsible for supporting the Zawtika operations both onshore and offshore for all mechanical equipment maintenance.
• Execute all mechanical related maintenance activities.
• Working in conjunction with Reliability Engineer to review Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Failure Elimination techniques to identify corrective actions for maintaining and improving plant integrity and availability.
• Makes regular visits to the offshore field facilities to observe the production and process operations to verify all rotating and static equipment parameters are being maintained within the design envelop.
• Supervise and ensure that all contract-out contractors are working with satisfied performance on safety and quality.
• Troubleshoots reported deviations in the process related to rotating equipment to find the root cause & impact and advise corrective actions to be taken.
• Ensure that a critical spares stockholding policy is in place and functioning
• Assist in maintenance budget preparation.
• Support the formulation of short term, long term objectives and strategies including work programme cover all Rotating and Static Equipment

Desired Skills and Expertise
• Direct degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5-8 years of direct experience in mechanical engineer from oils and Gas Exploration and Production (only)
• Fresh graduate with outstanding academic and activities track record are all so accepted
• Good communication in Myanmar and English
• Potential to be Management Level in the future
