Job description
• Management of the membership rosters of both Country Club and Golf Club
• Implementing and subsequent management of membership management software
• That all membership collateral are kept up to date
• Achieve the agreed targets in terms of new members and renewal of membership
• Creates, updates, and distributes information to current members as well as prospective members.
• Directs and oversees membership activities for a membership organization or association.
• Develops programs, initiatives, and policies designed to increase membership.
• May give input into developing the membership budget.
• Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments
• Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility

Desired Skills and Expertise
• Ideally some level of club or association experience gained locally in Myanmar or from overseas
• Knowledge and understanding of membership marketing
• Outgoing,forward looking individual that can is able to work closely with colleagues internally and can mix easily with local and international communities in Myanmar.
• Fluent spoken and written English, Myanmar language desirable but not completely essential.
• Knowledge of other Asian languages such as Chinese,Korean or Japanese.
