Noodle Line Supervisor

• Oversee on all the material required for production are prepared in accordance to production planning.
• Ensuring the operation time are followed as per planning.
• Daily machine operation checking to be conducted and ensure line cleanliness are verified before operation.
• Product specification, i.e. cutting speed must be followed in accordance to planning and specification. Operation specification (efficiency, wastages, downtown) and quality control data must be recorded.
• Identify root cause for production defect and collaborate with QC to rectify the matter.
• Provide SOP and WI training as per departments requirement while ensuring works are properly executed.
• Daily machinery issue must be properly handled and informed to technician for further action. Must follow up with technician to avoid further losses.
• Whenever problem cannot be solved or not meeting required outcome/target, supervisor must report to executive and get advice for next action.
• All related daily report must be completed and checked at the end of each shift. Report must be submitted and discussed with executive on a daily basis.
• Practice housekeeping in the factory by means of providing training to the workers and proper control and execution of the system.
• Briefing must be conducted to workers on a shift-to-shift basis (passing down important information to the workers).
• To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

• High School Level or any degree holder
• Age 25 to 35 years old
• Positive and energetic attitude
• Networking, influencing and communication skills.
• Problem solving & Analysing skills.
• Growth minded & willing to work under pressure.
• Must have experience as leader or supervisor position.
