Job description
 Be proactive and for all team members to be implicated in the work.
 Assign specific tasks and control all the members of the team.
 Provide onsite or on call support to field team.
 Responsible to create emergency service plans for customers
 Actively participate with clients in devising solutions to improve services.
 Recommend effective solutions and improvements to achieve the targeted goals.
 Take care of the scheduled customer and technical support related trainings to field staffs.
 Respond to all client queries also may require working after hours as well as a presence on-site as required.
 Ensure that client networks operate consistently and efficiently.
 Monitor and report site performance for KPI/Uptime updates.
 Manage and control operation costs – to be within established benchmark
 Monitor, validate PM and CM, recommend for payments
 Interact with regional heads of Customers, vendors for any escalated issues.
 Investigate, validate and propose remedial plan to overcome thefts, vandalism for sites under his responsibility
 Point of Contact for KPI/SLA performance for Customers, in that particular region.


Desired Skills and Expertise
 Actively involved in all activities related to Site Maintenance including but not limited to alarms troubleshooting and rectification, faults troubleshooting and rectifications, preventive maintenance interventions, site cleaning, towers climbing and work on height, work with electrical circuits under voltage, etc.;
 Actively involved in all activities related to on-site data collection and reporting;
 Responsible for preventative maintenance (regular replacement of air & fuel fitters, engine oil, DG cleaning)
 Responsible for cooling site alarms, fixing DG faults and emergency refueling
 Coordinate and work closely with the Camusat Operation Center
 Responsible for completing the reports in correct, accurate and timely manner
 Any other related duty assigned by the management and COC
