Job description
• Manage and monitor operations and human resources.
• Manage and supervise team effectively and efficiently for smooth process.
• Review the operations and services and initiate further improvement by co-operating with other departments.
• Coach and train staff on delivering quality services to customers and business partners.
• Communicate with customers and business partners to improve services and solve any matters.
• Ensure to comply with the Company rule and regulations.
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints

Desired Skills and Expertise
• Bachelor degree is necessary and related logistics, transportation and warehousing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics and Transportation.
• More Improvement For logistic Team.Make plan SOP.
• Good command of spoken and written English is necessary.
• Strong in problem solving and time management.
• Use to Computer Microsoft Office Word, Excel.
• Will be patient. The long-term business.
• The city traffic should be learned.
• Self-motivated, mature and able to work independently.
• With required department nature, shift working is necessary.
• Ability to travel to other division, or work in other township/division for long term if required.
